Stayed in timeshare apartment room no. 113. Room was clean but very small kitchen. Lounge area only had seating for 3 when the apartment was meant for up to 6. Two balconies were very small and looked out onto a busy street with residential apartments and shops directly opposite. The roof terrace had nice pools and a bar open until 5pm (happy hour 11.30 - 12.30). Ground floor pool was nice but not much area for sun bathing (bar open until later and happy hour %pm - 6pm). Entertainments were a bit basic and could be heard from the room until well after 11pm. Because of the location of the room, overlooking the busy side street, we got very little sleep with noisy revellers until 4.30am and then street cleaners starting about 5.30pm.
The area was not suitable for elderly or those with mobility issues as very hilly.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view, especially higher floors

from moment of check in staff were very friendly and efficient. Couple of problems with apartment were fixed within minutes of reporting them! Cooking facilities were better than most self catering apartments we have been to in Spain. Will go back at end of this year.

Room Tip: Try to get a room on sea view side, quieter and obviously better view.

cheap, basic hotel but very good value for money. Booked a studio with side view of the sea, but was upgraded for free to a duplex on the 3rd floor with a full on sea view, high enough to look straight over the properties between the hotel and the sea.
Room had a shower room AND a bathroom, amazing for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, beds comfy, it is getting a little tired, everything worked fine but had no heating or air con, so pick the dates carefully - mid winter could be a bit chilly and mid summer a bit hot.. We has no problem at all. Can't vouch for the food as we went self catering, but there are some excellent restaurants down towards the Marina (get a taxi back for €3, the hill is a killer)and a first class Chinese down at the Plaza. The Hotel staff aren't too keen on recommending other restaurants as they have their own, was OK the 1 night we used it.
Have breakfast at Scoobby's in the little precinct outside the hotel entrance, the lady there is a long term expat Brit, and knows all the best places to go.
Excellent early break, would definitely return.

Room Tip: Try to get on of the 4th floor rooms under the roof terrace facing the sea - excellent view and even...

Although some of the fittings are a bit tired, and a full refurbishment would not go amiss, everything was very clean and any maintenance problems were efficiently dealt with. The reception staff were very friendly and the sea view from the balcony wonderful.

Spent a week here with friends who had visited before.Check in was quick and efficient with friendly staff.Although this hotel is not the nicest from the outside once in the apartment it is spacious and clean,if not a bit basic and dated. The beds have wooden slats under the mattress, and on several occasions the slats came loose.Be prepared for extra charges for wifi and safe.Launderette also available at extra charge. The upper pool (not heated) and sundeck has great views of Los Gigantes and is a nice place for relaxing. The pool on the ground floor is much larger, clean and heated.Several restaurants are available within a short walk from the hotel and free parking on the street. We were woken on several occasions at 5am by people leaving for early flights home dragging their wheeled cases over the rippled floor tiles.Overall a pleasant week but time that some money was spent on this establishment.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights as a stop over before going over the road to Las Rosas, on 17 feb . have stayed here before but was not impressed with room 70 first it smelt fusty which put me off straight away, then the sofa was ripped the lamp in lounge was broken half the bulbs didn't work. I have to say yes it was as clean as it could be , BUT it does need some attention, as even the beds were more like being in a hostel we didn't expect the ritz but there is a limit as to what is exceptable . Maybe we just got a bad room ? Anyway glad we were not there any longer , SORRY x

Stayed here 20-27/02/2014. Booked a two bedroom plus a one bedroom. The staff were very helpful getting them near each other as I had taken my elderly parents. Both apartment were adequate even though we had not booked a sea view. I would do that next time. This hotel is very very clean albeit a bit in need of a lick of paint. The upper pool is cold but the sun terrace up there is very good and has amazing views. My 18 year old daughter and her friend loved it here as it is above shops !!.
We did not eat at the hotel and all inclusive seemed NOT to be the main choice for those staying here.
We have family in Tenerife and go every year about this time. I would go here again .
However we used it as a base. I t has very small bar and very little entertainment so I personally would not recommend it for a 2 week all inclusive with kids style holiday.
The surrounding area is lovely. Very hilly. Taxi's for my elderly parents to get around were very cheap and easily booked at reception.
All in all an easy place to stay and very convenient for us.

Room Tip: Go for a sea view. Not a all inclusive holiday option...more of a base from which to explore with a...
