If you could see what you get for your money nobody would ever visit. The cost for 9 people(5 were kids)was over 100 euro's.We were surprised to find how little you get for your money.A coke for the kids(4 euro's).All the staff seemed to have a problem smiling when they took your money.I think if there was a price list for the bar on the wall outside a lot of people would give it a miss.Saying all that,we did see a good sunset but it was a lot of money to visit a cave with a little bar that felt like we were having a drink in Fred Flintstones front room.

I am still in complete shock at the price to gain entry to what is essentially a cave with a view and an expensive bar! You will get just as good a view from the top of the steps at Cala en Porter and the restaurants in town are so much better value. The shock was the price, I have just paid €62.50...€12.50 each for 3 adults and 2 children. The entry includes a glass of cheap wine, beer or soft drink (yes, that's €12.50 for a child who drinks water!) It will take you 10 minutes to look around the cave, the prices are not advertised outside so you will not know until you are at the till how much you will pay. The place is crowded, so getting a decent seat or good view is a major challenge. The patrons appear to fall into two camps; those whose purpose in life appears to be taking selfies in different locations, and those who are evidently bemused at what they had just spent on a drink in a crowded hole in the ground! You get better value from a parking fine! Don't bother going...spend your euros at a nice restaurant in town, feed the family for the same price and then go and watch the sun going down at some other view point in Cala en Porter.

To pay 8.50 Euros to visit a couple of bars with good views I think is a rip off. We thought the caves would be just that. But to our disappointment the parts that are caves are used at night for the night club. My advice spend your 8.50 euros somewhere else. There are plenty of vantage points round Calan porta with good views and they are free.

We only found this place through speaking to a barman in the town.
It is a bar/nightclub cut into the caves on the Cliffside overlooking the sea.
Stunning location.
Very pricey to enter though.
The place comes alive at midnight.
You can walk from the resort, maybe 10 mins

One very impressed teenager!!!
Me and hubby are too old and our daughter too young to spend the evening here so we went at lunch time , had our free drink and soaked up the atmosphere .. A great ( and very cool) place to go for a beer !!
