First the positive, the food was good which is why this place has got even one star from me. The views are terrific too, earning it another star.
Now the downside. The service is atrocious. There is one woman serving who is the furthest thing from a waitress I've ever come across. When we arrived we had to go and get our own menus. She didn't at any time come over and ask us for an order, either for drinks or food. We had to go and find her. She didn't seem to have the ability to use a tray. She served the drinks to the table by carrying them one at a time except for two beers which she brought over together but kept spilling the contents over her feet as she was walking. To order food we had again to go and search her out. When the food eventually arrived it was good but again was served one or two plates at a time. No offer of a second round of drinks, we had to go find her again. She's English and obviously a relative of the owner which can be the only reason she gets to keep her job here.
The toilets !!!!!! ....disgusting. Dead flies everywhere and cockroach traps at the windows. Cobwebs all over the place. I thought there was some sort of inspection system to make sure a certain standard is maintained. If there is this place has slipped through the net.
It says in the title that this restaurant has a Certificate of Excellence 2013...who gave them that ??
