This was our 3rd year visiting this hotel. Just as nice as first year we visited. Its staff are so friendly and welcoming. So clean here and all staff work constantly flat out. Rooms clean and comfortable and spacious..room 230 this year. I have stayed in both bungalows and hotel both are nice not dissappointed at all. Restaurant nice varied amounts of fresh food for an all inclusive. Good location.Very safe i travelled with my teenage daughter but would feel perfectly happy to visit alone too.I would not hesitate to return yet again.. very relaxing and chilled. Back home refreshed and eager to revisit.....

Room Tip: Garden rooms quieter but seaview rooms stunning beautiful beach even though sooo many steps down to...

This was our 1st visit to Menorca. The Hotel was very good. Our room was small but had a large balcony. Unfortunately we did not get to use this as you are unable to take drinks to your room!
The food was excellent and there was always plenty of choice. It would have been even nicer if the hot food was actually hot. There is no coffee available with your evening meal or fruit juice. This is however available at the bar.
If you want a really quiet, relaxing holiday this is the hotel for you. Entertainment twice a week but nothing in the day.
Beach is beautiful and pool is kept spotless. Plenty of sun loungers but not many umbrellas. There is plenty of shade though if you want to stay out of the sun.
I would love to return to the Playa Azul in the future :)

We Stayed for 5 nights. The hotel Staff are very nice, kind and nothing is to much trouble. They even supplied a Travel cot and Baby bath for us as our room had only a shower. The Rooms are perfect plenty big enough lots of space for all our clothes, beds where comfortable. We stayed in Room 2 which had a larger terrace/balcony then the rest of the rooms, but this was perfect for our son to crawl on. It is over the BluBar - but the Bar is closed come Midnight so the room is not noisy at all, although with the door shut your dont hear anything. Air Con is supplied Free of Charge no extra cost. The food - well there is something for everyone and it was lovely, even our 11 month old son had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and he loved it. It was very nice. Location is perfect beautiful. I would recommend this hotel for all aspects. The people we meet topped it off for us they where great. If you go, Hope you enjoy as much as we did. We got a cab from the AIrport €19.00 - dont bother with a transfer

Lovely hotel, very clean, I enjoyed the breakfast, a nice selection to suit everyone. Also the lunch buffet was very good and the dinner buffet. Wonderful views of the sea, very nice clean pool area, and a nice bar next to it, great for afternoon tea watching the sun go down over the mountains.

Room Tip: Best to get a top floor room with sea view.

On arrival, an efficient and friendly receptionist referred to our email and, as we requested, allocated a room on the 3rd floor. She said ''you will like this room'' and she was right ... we loved it! The view was spectacular, because It was located on the corner of the hotel we had a great view of the pool and the lovely beach. It had a semi-wrap around balcony, with no guests on one side which meant it was quieter, more private and as mentioned, a brilliant view. The room was very pleasing, nice comfy bed and pillows, sufficient wardrobe and closet space, a flat screen television and I liked the blackout blinds as it got light really early! The bathroom was sleek and well equipped, washbasin, bidet, shower, etc., lots of hot water, we couldn't fault the room, it was immaculate and cleaned every morning right after breakfast. We were on a 10-day holiday and the bed linen and towels were changed regularly. The hotel itself was pleasant and very clean. The staff, whether in the bar or restaurant (often they were assigned to both!) were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. We hired a car for the entire stay so really didn't take full advantage of the All inclusive offer of food and beverages. The only negative we found was the dining room, which in itself is a pretty big deal if, like us, you prefer tranquillity and a pleasant atmosphere at meal times. While the food was varied and quite good,{ we always found something we liked}, the canteen-like set up was not to our liking and the noise at times was horrendous. However, this didn't spoil our holiday and we came away with happy memories of Menorca and the Plaza Azul.

My brother and I stayed for a week, and have nothing but praise for this hotel. We were greeted by the wonderful staff at reception and, whilst we didn't request a sea view room, we stayed in room 307 which a pretty decent view of the bay. The room was clean, tidy, with an excellent bathroom, comfortable beds and good air con. The restaurant was excellent with great choice, beautifully prepared food for both breakfast and evening meal (we went half board) and it ran like clockwork. We never used the pool bit I could see it was meticulously prepared everyday. We really couldn't think of anything to fault; a wonderful hotel, with lovely staff; perfect for a relaxing break! Sunshine!!!

Room Tip: Worth going for a sea view room as the bay is stunning!
