“Our week in St. Kitts”

We very much enjoyed our week at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort. Staff are mostly pleasant and attentive, although some could show a little more enthusiasm for their jobs. (Service is definitely in "island time." ) Experienced a few issues with regard to our accommodations; safety rail on our third floor deck was extremely loose and air conditioning in our rooms was not working to capacity. However, both issues were addressed promptly.
Highly recommend tours and excursions booked through the Marriott desk...all were top notch.
Especially recommend the sunset catamaran cruise and snorkel trip with Spirit of St. Kitts Eagle. Great time and personable crew.

Room Tip: Ocean front or ocean view is a must.

We pride ourselves on ensuring our guest’s satisfaction and we are very happy that you enjoyed the time that you spend with us. You caused a chuckle with your name.

Please accept our apology for the service levels of some of our associates, that is not at all a reflection of our true service abilities. However we are happy that there were other associates who reacted promptly and efficiently to assist when required and were able to resolve the issues you encountered immediately.

Thank you for the recommendations of our tour desk, vacations should be a time for relaxation and enjoyment and having the tour desk in that convenient location allows our guests to do just that. We also have a department called the Pre Vacation Planners who take it a step further and book your tours and excursions even before you arrive on island.

Thanks for recommendation for our hospitality partners; we will send a note to Leeward Island Charters Thanking their team from the Eagle on your behalf

Excellent staff with great personalities and humour. Although the physical premises are starting to show their "maturity", the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Issues are addressed with a smile and the follow-up from At Your Service is refreshing. Right on the water, and easy walk to off-resort restaurants and the beach Strip. Highly recommended.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We do indeed have some fantastic personalities with some great senses of humor, and that translates into a wonderful time for you our valued guests.

Being so close to the ocean we are subject to the constant breeze which does cause some dating, however we perform continuous maintenance and pair that with a fantastic housekeeping team which provides the results you witnessed. We also have a number of maintenance projects that have already begun and will continue throughout the rest of the year.

This review is a win for our associates as their hard work, dedication and pride for what they do makes them the “Stars” of our resort. We truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us so that we may continue to deliver exceptional service in the future

We stayed over a week at the end of March and had the most spectacular oceanfront suite on the 5th floor. Everything and everyone was perfect. The hotel, staff, food, and view were all excellent. We met a couple staying in one of the timeshares that shared alot of information taht helped us find our way around. We will definitely return.

Room Tip: If you want to be centrally located, the main hotel is recommended. Everything is close by...the ma...

This is a fabulous resort! The rooms were very nice and clean. The service was top notch and the food was fabulous! I highly recommend this resort! It is located right on the beach where u can sit back and enjoy the activity.

Took a day trip to the resort while in port with the Celebrity Silhouette. Taxi from the port costs about $4 per person and the ride is ten minutes or so. You can purchase a day pass for $35 per adult with no charge for the children. The resort is very nice, clean and the pools are awesome. The beach is pristine with cabanas and lounges (I don't know how much as we stayed mostly at the pools). They have taxis outside all day so we didn't have any problems waiting when we left.
Important to note: Towels are not included for daypass guests.

We are happy to hear that you took the time while visiting our little island paradise to stop by for a visit. You are right we are lucky to be conveniently located just 10 minutes from the seaport and the airport.

We offer day passes as they are excellent if you have just a shot time to spend on island or if you are interested in spending a day with us. They also have the additional bonus of providing discounts in our Food & Beverage areas as well as the Emerald Mist Spa. Don’t forget to make a short stop in the casino as the day pass also provides an opportunity to battle lady luck. In addition to all of this they also provide access to our 3 pools as well as the beach and the numerous pallapas (cabanas) located there.

Special Thanks to our island partners who are stationed just 2 minutes away from the resort allowing for the convenience of them always being available when you need them. Thank you for your short visit and we hope to see again in the future, next time we hope that you stay longer and enjoy our Kittitian Hospitality!

On arrival at reception it seemed a little disorganised. There is a queuing system that most appear to ignore. Throughout our stay we visited the lobby a number of times with everyone seeming to do everything and sharing jobs, so one didn't feel you got the personal touch. For example we asked a team member at the concierge to make a reservation for us and I told her what we wanted and then someone else listened to our conversation and did the booking?

We didn't eat in any of the restaurants, Trip Advisor reviews pointed us away from the hotel and that worked really well for us.

The room was well placed, decorated and maintained. However the room attendant service was sporadic. I received no service on the first day and toiletries were not replenished until I asked for them.

The grounds were clean and it appeared that towards the end of our stay an army arrived to weed, maintain and spruce up the landscape? I'm not sure I felt that this was for regular guests, but for an event?

The pools are clean and very nice to use, the environment during the day was very relaxing at the north and south pools. The main pool was busy with music playing for much of the day.

Whilst my overall rating is average, a number of little things caused that. We did feel rested after our week here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I apologize if your first impression of us was unorganized please rest assured that is not the case. During our check in periods we do have members of staff from different areas on hand in the lobby to welcome guests to the resort and expedite the check -in process, some also assist in guiding and escorting guests to their rooms. We do work as a team perhaps that is the reason while you were in conversation with one associate, another nearby was happy to assist in ensuring your bookings were made and confirmed right when you were there. Our 26 acre property is wonderfully spread out which might be the reason you did not notice our groundskeepers, another reason could be that they work earlier in the day always ensuring that our grounds stay green and beautiful. Wonderful to hear that at the end of the week you did feel rested as at the end of the day that is what vacations are for. Thanks for joining us here in St Kitts we look forward to hosting you again.

St kitts is wonderful. The Marriott was quite comfortable and was located close to beach bars and restaurants. Everyone was friendly and helpful. What made the vacation stressless was our taxi driver and guide,Leroy. Leroy and his wife, Wilma, met us at the airport. They took us to the IGA market and waited for us to shop for groceries. The next day Leroy took us on a scheduled tour, but afterward agreed to take us on an extended tour of the island. He took us to the Ottley Plantation and to the area where the Caribbean and Atlantic Ocean meet. We then called him later in the week to take us to a local barbecue. I would definitely recommend a vacation in St Kitts and would recommend getting in touch with Leroy.
