We just checked into our B&B and they recommended that we head to the Oyster Inn for dinner. We showed up just before close after a long day of driving and sightseeing. The server must’ve seen the looks of desperation on our faces when we asked if the kitchen was still open! We scanned the menu quickly and decided that we would make it easy: 2 chowders and 2 beers. We had to take advantage of being just up the road from Scotland’s seafood capital! We sat at a table inside and watched the gorgeous sunset while eating delicious chowder and drinking cold Guinness.
