Went here whilst on a trip to Val Di Fassa in the dolomites, food is definitely a step above other eateries in this lovely village, the food is a mixture of Italian and molecular cooking a la Heston. A table of four we tried a variety of dishes and desserts, no one had a complaint and whilst the ingredients were adventurous at times (beetroot freeze dried powder with a raspberry and rhubarb/cheescake dessert) and they always worked well. Wine list has a good coverage of proven Italian districts with all the majors (Amarone, Barolo, etc) as well as some excellent local wines all at just above bottle shop prices so great value, sommelier knew his stuff as well and in one case recommended a cheaper wine than the one that had been selected as being better value.
A great meal, 3 courses for each of four people and two bottles of wine (100 euros) and the total bill was only 223 Euros.
