Strictly speaking, this is not a Chalet Sandrine review, but a Chalet Romeo review. There is nowhere to write a review of Romeo, but this is an 'Esprit in La Rosiere' review.
The staff were very obliging. No problem too small. GIven that it is a families only company, that meant lots of little 'problems' to deal with. Fussy eaters, messy eaters, fractious parents etc. (that was the other guests!)
The children's food was excellent. It was good wholesome and healthy, and avoided the usual trick of giving children chips and beans because that is what they like. The children's food was effectively a child friendly version of the adult meal. Our daughter wolfed the lot.
Adult feed was good too, and leisurely. There was no hint that the chalet maid wanted to go home for the evening by clearing plates from under your last forkfull, as we've experienced elsewhere. Our room was a bombsite daily, but was always immaculate every evening on our return. I feel a bit guilty about that, but it was well looked after. I did pick up my trollies, though!
Ski in - ski out, despite a few snow-less weeks.
Everyone happy at the end of the week.
