we had to wait 45 minutes for a starter & then the main arrived 2 hours after we got there.
When we complained the manager was rude & dismissive. We will never return feel others should not be treated this way.

We eat here regularly and love the pasta, risotto, garlic bread and pasta. The service is always good and staff are friendly.

Ate here for the second time last night and unfortunately we were left rather disappointed. The starters were nice- mussels in particular were very good however we had to ask for water and cutlery. When spending a decent amount at a restaurant like this the little things should be taken care of.

For mains we ordered the seafood risotto and a medium steak. The steak came out extremely well done so we sent it back. No offer to take the other dish to keep warm while we wait and hardly any apology. After I had finished my dish which was very chewy- the steak came out with no apology. The new sauce was watery (obviously rushed) and the steak was burned on the outside and completely raw in the middle.

The lack of apology was very disappointing. We paid and left without desert.

Overall service was poor and the food was rushed. Lack of care and service

This is the first time we had the chance to come see our friends in this neck of the woods so relied on them for our dinner experience. Don't get me wrong on the food. We all had reasonable meals, but what would have made the night outstanding would have been the atmosphere. The 2 members of staff that were serving on our visit were, to say the least, BORING!!!!
The restaurant itself is a little sterile, but if you have staff with personality it would bring this place alive. I, myself, aswell as the friends in our company all deal with the public. We tried to incorporate a little life into the staff but to no avail. It's a good job we don't rely on anyone but ourselves for dinner entertainment as we would have had a rather boring but pleasant tasting meal. This place could be SO MUCH better with a little interaction from the members of staff. The only thing wrong with our meal was the dessert. Our party had ordered the hot fudge chocolate cake, which came microwaved within an inch of it life. To hard to eat......
Sorry to give this place a 3, would have been 5 if only the staff could have been bothered with us.

We live in the area so passing at lunch time decided to try a pizza. I ordered a Milano and my wife a Vesuvio. Weu do like to share our pizzas and I have to say there wasn't much point as they were both almost the same.
This restaurant seems to be going the same way as many other pizzerias in the use of cheap ingredients; namely poor cheese. I am quite sure that many pizzerias are using something called analogue cheese which is a cheese substitute. This is such a shame as it really does make a reasonable pizza poor. Oh we'll strike this place off our list.
