We chose Hotel Villa Ida because of its location and rating. I emailed the hotel before we arrived about my gluten allergy and to my surprise they cater to special diets. We stayed 5 nights because of the festival in Pastena. The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable. All of the employees were very helpful, courteous, and professional in their skills. The food was delicious and was served promptly. There is plenty of parking. If we come back to Italy, we would definitely stay at Hotel Villa Ida.

this hotel is really confortable. I felt at home.
I spent Christmas there with some friends and it was like being in a family
it was a pleasure to be hosted there.
I'd like to return to ceparano and find the friends I made there.

I had the chance to visit Ceprano in my last vacation to Italy , i stayed for three nights exploring this beautiful region around , the hotel was comfortable and clean beyond measure, the food was so delicious and people working there were so nice and hospital , i couldnt feel satisfaction and willing to stay in any other hotel during my visit but this hotel satisfied me a lot , i highly recommend it for people visiting lazzio region, they will have a wonderful stay

Since our last stay, around six years ago, the hotel has been renovated and up-graded and is much nicer. It's very conveniently situated to the access to the Rome -Naples motorway and there is plenty of parking. Staff are helpful and friendly. However, we ate lunch and dinner and neither was good.

La ringraziamo per i commenti positivi circa la nostra struttura e ci teniamo a comunicarle che ci fa molto piacere che, a distanza di anni, siate tornati a trovarci.
Siamo molto dispiaciuti invece di leggere che il cibo non sia stato all'altezza delle vostre aspettative. Ci teniamo a far presente che per noi la ristorazione rappresenta uno dei punti di  forza della nostra attività, come da anni ci viene riconosciuto dalla nostra clientela. A differenza dei menù con piatti internazionali proposti da altri locali della stessa  categoria, la nostra cucina tende a valorizzare i  piatti legati alla tradizione del territorio e alle stagionalità con prodotti di qualità e il più possibile a km zero. Ipotizziamo che la vostra insoddisfazione possa essere legata ad un problema di comunicazione piuttosto che di qualità/preparazione dei piatti. E’ probabile che la traduzione dall'italiano all'inglese proposta dal cameriere  non sia stata fedele oppure non abbia  descritto i piatti in modo chiaro e completo, creando aspettative diverse e successiva delusione. Ci teniamo  a sottolineare, anche ad uso dei lettori e degli altri clienti, che, come avrete potuto constatare,  nella nostra sala ristorante  è sempre  presente almeno un rappresentante della proprietà (la stessa famiglia che si tramanda questa passione da ben quattro generazioni) a disposizione dei nostri graditi ospiti e con l’obiettivo di assicurare un alto livello della qualità e del servizio. Sarebbe bastato aver  fatto presente ciò che non andava e  avremmo subito provveduto a sostituirlo con qualcosa di vostro gradimento senza ovviamente alcun costo aggiuntivo. Le confermiamo comunque che diamo molta importanza ai giudizi dei nostri clienti e in tale ambito ci impegniamo a reagire costruttivamente al vostro commento nella speranza di accogliervi nuovamente per potervi dare conferma della qualità delle nostra cucina.

On the other hand, we are sorry and regretful to read that the meals weren't on top of your expectations. We would like to underline that catering represents one of our strengths in our business, as it has been constantly recognized by our customers over the years. Differently from the menus based on international cuisine proposed by many restaurants of the category, our restaurant aims to emphasize courses that are based on the culinary tradition of our region and are based on the seasonality of the ingredients. We believe that your dissatisfaction is due to a communicational problem rather then to the quality or the recipes of the dishes. It is possible that the translation proposed by the waiter did not describe the dishes in a clear and complete way, creating false expectations and therefore disappointment. We want to underline that, as you could have noticed, in the dining hall there is always a member of the owners (the same family that runs the business with passion since generations) encharged to ensure the high level of the service. It would have been enough to give a simple notice and we would have substitute your course with something you would have preferred, of course without any added cost. We confirm you that the comments of our customers are very important to us, this is why we will react with a constructive and proactive approach, hoping to host you again in order to give you a confirmation of the quality of our cuisine.

If you find yourself in Ceprano, there are not alot of hotel options. I chose this one for the hotel's willingness to pick up up at the train station and their quick correspondence.

The hotel is near a main thoroughfare, but too far to walk (20-40 min?) from the train station. Nearby restaurants, shops, and pizza places are a 5-10 minute walk into the town.

The hotel's interior is nice enough, the people working there pleasant, and the hotel's restaurant was good (with okay food and a very nice waitress who offered suggestions).

The room was pretty standard, but had air conditioning and wifi access (1 euro an hour). As I remember, the signal was pretty good (I skyped and streamed video).

I would consider booking again if I returned to Ceprano.
