Typical three star hotel but with an extraordinary view over the bay. Nice staff. Basic breakfast.

A bit far from the center but close to the promenade which was good for running. There is a pub and a restaurant close to hotel but the restaurant appeared pretty expensive.

Only French channels on the TV.

There is a good 20 minutes walk into town if you want other eating options.

We did not have in Le Havre too many options for a room for 4. As it was at the see, we opted for this. For one night it was good enough. It was clean but a bit run down. The breakfast was usual French breakfast but coffee was over average plus fresh juices.

2 nights over a long weekend. Staff was friendly, breakfast was ample, including homemade yogurt and a juice press to make your own juice. The room was very clean and smartly has wooden floors. The bed was comfortable, we had a view of the sea, the room was quiet in spite of the lively bar downstairs, which is also recommended if you are nearby.
Very close to the centre of Le Havre but without all the traffic. We would love to return.

The room was well equipped. We took one of their sea front suite, the armchairs by the windows let you enjoy the boats entering the port of Le Havre.

I don't know about the breakfast, we went to a bakery 10min walk from the Hotel.

There is a small safe, boiler, tea and coffee in the room.

Restaurants are all around.

Downside was some dust here and there, and the furniture were outdated. The night we stayed was very windy and it was loud by the windows.

Overall it is very good for the location.

Our family stayed at Les Voiles after a long drive from the UK en route to Brittany. We found that the hotel is very close to the water front with nice views and bars nearby and one within the hotel itself. The best thing about the hotel is that they accepted our dog without any problem and we were able to take him for a well earned walk along the sea front to some reasonably priced cafes that were nearby. I always thought that Le Havre was an industrial port city but it is much more than that. If you need an hotel near Le Havre but don't want to stay in the city itself, then I would recommend Les Voiles. The staff were very friendly and helped us with parking, directions and local information. Great value.

Room Tip: We had rooms 5 & 6 both of which had sea views and are very close to the reception (no stairs to climb).

Thank you for your comment.
All our rooms are approximately 20 square meters with a private modern bathroom.
Le Havre is a great start for visiting the region especially Honfleur or Etretat or just walk along the sea side and enjoy the landscape which inspired the greatest painters.
Best regards.
