The room was I would say clean and comfortable, the bathroom was not so nice, but everything was working. The view from the room (2. floor) was not interesting.
The hotel have great swimming pool, the breakfast and internet were ok.
The location is very good, near to see, street with restaurants and the monuments! The staff was helpfull, but not so much...

We stayed here as part of a group of 37. We found the location to be good because we were fairly close to the Valley of the Temples and the rest of Agrigento wasn't that far away. However, there wasn't much within walking distance of the hotel. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The dining room was large and well set up. The food was good and the choices were adequate. We found the staff to be quite helpful. I would stay here again if I were passing through, but might choose a place closer to Agrigento if we were staying more than a couple of days.

The only reason for staying here is the location for the Valley of the Temples.
Good parking, breakfast was good, the Internet worked, and the local restaurants are average. Being early in the tourist season the pool was empty.
We stayed on the ground level and there were no windows, only a door to the outside which you could not leave open during the night for security reasons.

Room Tip: Do not stay on the ground floor as there are no windows, in the room only two doors, one of which is...

We had a large well-maintained abd well- decorated room, # 104, on the 2nd floor. Our room had a safe in an armorie. The lobby was huge and had a single computer for guest use.

The bathroom was clean but had a tiny shower with double doors that parted. Water easily leaked on to the floor.

The breakfast was of a limited selection of baked goods, fruits, cereals and eggs compared to our other hotels in Sicily

This hotel is next to the water but because it was January we did not spend any time near the waterfront.

My overall rating falls between a 3 and a 4. If you are interested in being close to the coast, this is a good choice. The ocean view is beautiful. There is not much within walking distance: two small eateries (5 min. walk), an ATM (5 min. walk) and two markets (15 min. walk). Because we were there off season, it was relatively quiet except for the noise from a birthday party held in the dining area. There were few hotel guests.

The room was large, comfortable, bright, nicely decorated, and there were sufficient electrical outlets. Our shower was leaky and there was no laundry cord. BBC was the only English language TV station. There was a room safe but the walls were thin and there was no coffee pot, which is not odd for a European hotel. There was free WiFi but it was difficult, if not impossible, to access. Close to the dining room is a free desktop for guests. The buffet breakfast was fine but not spectacular.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the dining area if a party is booked.

We were here two years ago during the summer and the air conditioning did not work. We decided to return here because of the location and ease of parking, but the same problem existed. We have been there twice and no air conditioning either time. But that being said, rooms are decent with a beautiful view of the sea.

We were touring Sicily by car and selected this hotel based on the price and seemingly good accommodation. The driving instructions provided were very poor and anyone attempting to find it in the dark could it difficult. It is part of the Best Western chain of hotels so one would expect all round good service, the reception staff were excellent and Giovanni was particularly helpfull. Unfortunately the rest of the experience was not as pleasant, our room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea but the walls must be paper thin as every sound including case zippers opening and both sides of telephone conversations could be heard, it was almost as if they were amplified. All the room amenities were good, no tea making but we knew this. The breakfast was very poor, we went down quite early for breakfast and there was hardly anything left, there was half eaten pastries left lying around the buffet area and no hot food at all, only after my husband complained to the reception did we see any restaurant staff who eventually replenished the eggs and bacon. Out of season this hotel is not a good choice as it is a huge place with no atmosphere whatsoever, we found one restaurant open near the hotel which was good.
