Yes maybe a little expensive, but an absolute bargain compared to the beautiful location directly on the beach. Can't say enough about how great Al was in making sure you were comfortable. This place has everything you need and is as advertised. Only complaints would be the beds, and pillows, could have been more comfortable and although they were extremely nice, the staff at the office were not that helpful with tours. Almost not worth mentioning because it was awesome to stay here, and WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! We will be back...

This is a great place to spend with your family and children. The house has all commodities you need and you can expreience the best of a beach front propoerty in Costa Rica. !!! Staying here and enjoy one piece of the Costa Rica heaven...

Excellent vacation rental, clean and spacious, next to the beach. Alvin's communication and organization is outstanding. Highly recommend !!

We stayed here in July for the first few days of our Costa Rica trip. The villa was spotless, had a huge kitchen, large living/dining area and plenty of outdoor space. This villa looked even better in person than the photos we had been provided. The owners had emailed us local information, and the staff at the resort offered to set up any day trips or massages we wanted. This villa was a wonderful rental and more than exceeded our expectations for this area. The attention to detail was appreciated, down to the different types of pillows and beds that had different levels of firmness.

1 review I am writing this review at our last night in the villa (11), Villa Calla. Very, very nice! During our first night was a birthday party at Picante restaurant (separately owned from community), and it was very loud with fireworks, with our children trying to sleep. HOWEVER, I highly recommend this villa, and this community overall. Very friendly, and over-accommodating. Isabel in Recepcion arranged a special Iron Man birthday cake for one of my daughters, to be in Villa at arrival (since she did not have a cake at her birthday a couple weeks previous). So wonderful and more than I expected! Also, in the mornings, little parrots, howler monkeys, pelicans and snorkel/spear fisherman in the bay. Loved it! Villa was clean and everything we needed was here. Small lizards at night - fun to watch. Iguanas crossing the road in the daytime. Coati in the forest nearby, and howler monkeys in the morning. One with a little baby on its back. Also, Tiger heron and hermit crabs and other crabs to watch. So wonderful! Only drawback, we gringos got burned a bit on our 2nd day, so needed to cover up more than we would have liked. Also did snorkel tour (not recommended, due to not quite clear water) and Guachepelin adventure tour (very highly recommended!). So wonderful. Thank you to the owners for a very much anticipated, beautiful family vacation at your villa.
