The owner very kindly upgraded us for free upon arrival so that we could have a proper bath.
The room was large and pleasant as was the atmosphere in the house.
The area is a bit unappealing however.
We ate very well nearby in St valery.
Dinner at the chateau was extremely expensive and really not very well cooked- a lovely room but food lacking.
The bar is self service and it seemed expensive to have to pour yourself a drink, find the ice- write an invoice and pay 6 euros for a gin.
Breakfast was also expensive for some cheese and bread so I think best to skip it.
On the whole it was perfectly fine but food and drink were overpriced for what they were.

Our room was truly sumptuous, and the grounds were amazing. The bathroom was out of this world! We felt that the host was extremely friendly, welcoming and gracious. Breakfast was perfect. The prices were, however, a little high.

We had a lovely stay at the Chateau de Noyelles. A pretty house, beautifully decorated with lovely rooms. Service was superb! We stayed during a hot period and the first night of our stay was really very hot in our room. We spoke to reception and the next day a fan was provided - perfect.

The Chateau is very well placed in the Somme region and ideal as a point to venture out from. This visit was part of a long weekend to the beautiful Somme area of Picardie and it was strange that so few Brits seem to have discovered this area. The hotel is near the train line that runs around the Baie du Somme, so is very convenient, and the line is not used at night so sleep is not interrupted. The hotel is just off a road though, so if the windows are open, there is a little traffic noise early in the morning.

Not overly expensive, highly recommended and we will certainly come back!

Room Tip: There are some caravans in the park which look very nice, but personally, I would go for a room in t...

We stayed for two nights at this lovely hotel. We had two rooms on the first floor and both were pretty. The corner room (not the suite) has quite a small bathroom but it was fine. We found our host very helpful and friendly. He arranged a picnic for us to take with us when we took out some of the bikes for a ride on the day after we arrived. He gave us a key to a cute little cabin on a beach about 15 km away so we headed there for our picnic which was a perfect French seaside picnic with deck chairs from our little cabin ( together with lots of extra water). The picnic was 15 euro per person and we were charged extra for a bottle of wine that was included. However, there was no extra charge for the cabin and the bikes are free.

We had dinner at the chateau on our first night. There is no choice in the set menu but we enjoyed everything. Breakfast was also very nice with everything we needed. My only negative comment is that it does end up being quite expensive accommodation for what you get once you pay extra for breakfast (14 euro per person) and any drinks that you want such as a cup of tea.

I do recommend this chateau as it is lovely and the bay is a beautiful place to visit.

Just ignore the swimming pool rating below. There is no pool. I accidentally touched this item on my iPad and I can't delete a rating.

We stayed at this Sawdays recommended Chateau for two nights. The Chateau is beautiful, and very peaceful in lovely surroundings. Jean-Pierre was a welcoming host and our initial impression was fantastic.
We did not stay in for supper as the beautiful looking menu would not have been for our children- but had we not had the children with us we would certainly have stayed to sample it!
Our rooms were well appointed, and the beds very comfortable- we had two rooms on the second floor- each was lovely with its own charm. The only little niggles we had were that there were no in-room tea / coffee making facilities (my elderly parents would have loved a cup of tea in bed!) a cup of tea was 2.50 euros from the self service bar on the ground floor. The other was that our room needed a bit of a freshen up as there was paint peeling from the walls in the room and in the ensuite.
Breakfast was adequate, and typically French with wonderful fresh bread and pastries - maybe a bit pricey at 14 euros each for the children as well though!

All in all, if a relaxing stay is what is needed then this hotel is very definitely worth a look.

We chose from Sawday the Chateau Noyelle to stay on a recent trip through Normandy. Although the main house and grounds are amazing, the manager needs a lesson in how to treat guests and make them feel welcome. We got an amazing corner room upsatirs in the main chateau after switching from the Gypsy Caravan (supposed to be romantic but actually tacky) but it was very expensive. The evening meal was very good and the wine list gavce a very good choice from both nearby and farther flung vineyards. With a bit more customer care and a better value for money offer, and by removing the "caravans" this would be a great place to stay, but they will have to improve to entice us back

Room Tip: Go for an upstairs double corner room in the main house and take the evening meal option as the food...

We enjoyed a lovely night here in February when we were actually the only guests! Quiet and picturesque with charm and very friendly staff. On the night of our arrival we were given a tour of the chateau and finally shown to our charming room. We were treated to lovely evening by the open (gas) fire by a very pleasant gentleman. Breakfast was extremely expensive but interesting.
