Simple setting in a suburb, that is completely reversed upon sitting down: very friendly, attentive service. Excellent food, one of the best in the region i ever had.
All meals were made with some degree of Piment D'Espellette; but so mild that it works as a herb, not a spice. Gazpacho as starter was innovatively and nicely spiced. Main course of stuffed chicken was very good! I rarely got so many nuances of taste from a single dish.
Defintitely a "go again", and a splendid change from the more expensive and lower quality restaurants closer to the shore.
Had to book one day in advance, even though it was beginning of the week.
