I stayed for 11 nights in July 2019 in a Pool Villa Beachside. The resort is situated on both sides of the street. The lobby and entrance are on the Hillside which also includes a pool, gym and breakfast restaurant. Across the street on the Beachside is another pool and two restaurants. Check-in was quick and efficient in the open-air lobby. Golf buggies are used to transport guests throughout the resort. To transport myself and luggage to the villa the buggy goes via a tunnel built under the street for safety and efficiency. The villa was more than I expected. The four poster king size bed sat in the middle of the bedroom looking out onto the private pool and the ocean beyond. An amazing view to awaken to each morning. There was plenty of storage with the wardrobe, luggage bench containing drawers, bedside tables and a tallboy. Two sides of the villa were floor to ceiling glass allowing sliding glass doors to give access to the pool deck. Along the third wall was a long chaise/sofa which would easily sleep a third person. The wall behind the bed opened into the en suite bath which had an indoor and outdoor shower and huge bath tub. The bathroom was well-fitted with toiletries and other amenities. The tallboy housed the small refrigerator, espresso capsule machine, kettle, cups and saucers along with assorted beverage glasses. Next to the tallboy was a desk with chair. The infinity style private pool was quite large, equipped with spa jets and views out over the ocean. The pool deck contained a table with two chairs, two sun loungers with a large shade umbrella between them. The breakfast buffet was served in the Manora Restaurant at the top of a long staircase and the venue has indoor and outdoor seating. The buffet had the usual fare on offer including eggs benedict. The hollandaise sauce was lacking in taste but the pancakes and waffles were light and fluffy. The Barge restaurant is located Beachside and is next to the swimming pool. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu offers both Thai and Western food. On Wednesday evenings from 6pm until 7pm there was the Manager’s Cocktail party in the Barge with complimentary alcohol and canapes. Room service was available until about 11pm. The staff was friendly, attentive and courteous. I must make mention of Biw who maintained my villa and made sure that I had everything that I needed. She was great. I would recommend this resort and look forward to returning.

We were given an upgrade from a hillside villa to a sea facing villa at the outset, which really was a welcome surprise. The staff, facilities, food, ambience was par excellence. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would love to visit again.

We booked a night here either side of out visit to Koh Phangan. Resort is lovely, rooms huge! Restaurants good, staff very good. When we returned for our second night after our visit to Koh Phangan...we found we had been upgraded to a private villa suite! So generous of them, it was just fantastic! Beautiful rooms, great staff. Fun zipping up and down the resort on their gold buggy too! Breakfast excellent choices. Highly recommend and we cant wait to return. Thanks Nora Buri for looking after us so well!

We stayed there a week in July very nice hotel with friendly staffs. There was a small pool in our room with nice ocean view, good privacy too.
Staff at front desk housekeeping concierge are well trained they are warm and friendly.
In room dining was a bit disappointed dishes we had were over cooked. Breakfast was ok good varieties of east and west.
Room was old, however the two big AC units were super efficient... and its too cold in mid night even we set the temperature at 26...
10 mins ride from Samui airport, taxi to Chaweng or other nearby attractions was about 300-600 THB.
Overall a great staycation like to recommend to others.

On behalf of my wife and I, let me say a big thank you to the staff of Nora Buri. This resort and spa totally lived up to the internet site (unlike many🤔). We are celebrating my wife's birthday and our 21st wedding anniversary.

We stayed a week at the hotel, infact today is our last day. We had a private pool villa on the hillside with seaview. What can I say it's exactly as advertised 😁.

All the staff are super polite and can't do enough for you, from reception, spa, waiters and waitresses, cleaners and ground staff and the lads that run the golf carts around the site. All are brilliant 👍 . A special thank you to Ms Sudarat(Kung) who maintained our villa to the very highest standards.

We had a couple's spa, which was an excellent experience.

What more can I say except we will be back.

Ivor and Ann Macdonald.
