A beautiful hotel situated close to the beach (2 min. walk) and on main road, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms are nicely designed and in excellent condition. The pool was clean and refreshing, with a pool bar. The staff where friendly and the breakfast buffet was sufficient.

The only reason this place is classed as a four star is because it doesn't have facilities like a tennis court, gym etc. Other wise it would be classed as a five star resort. Perfect location, just a little bit out of chaweng beach but is a close enough walk. There is a perfect beach right across the road where you can get massages right on the beach and you can hire jetskis the beach isn't over crowded compared to the main beaches. Service was excellent very friendly and helpful. Decent swimming pool with a swim up bar. Rooms are decent sized rooms with nice balcony. Restaurant food was perfect and cheap. I recommend to get the breakfast buffet included in your stay as the breakfast was lovely. Aircon was good. Safe is good. Highly recommend if you're staying in Koh samui.

This is a really nice hotel , enjoyed our one week stay there. Great location , right on main chaweng strip , lots of restaurants near by (try olive tree opposite reception) , very close to beach. Pool was lovely , nice area to sit.

Rooms were clean and big , massive bed which was very comfortable. The maid service was very effective. Bathroom was nicely designed with big shower.

Very nice hotel but chaweng is pretty touristy!

The resort is fine, the rooms are small, stylishly designed and priced about right for a mid-range hotel in Samui.
There service is fairly friendly and OK.
It's not in the heart of Chaweng beach, which means it's not not too busy, but you may want to rent a scooter to get around.

Room Tip: Ask for a room closer to the beach, away from the road

I stayed for 7 nights throughout January. After reading reviews on here I had asked for a room that did not back onto the main road (only a small portion of their rooms would). I don't think my room could have been any further from the main road, which was excellent. I arrived earlier than expected (around midday) and was greeted by the friendly girls in reception. After a 20 min wait my room was ready (they had already given me the wifi password, so filling in time was easy) .

The room itself was excellent. Clean and tidy with a big bed/bathroom. Air-con worked a treat. A safe in the room is always handy too! The room service ladies are very friendly and my room was made up each day (if required - do it just for the free waters!).

I never made it to breakfast, so I cannot comment on that (I think its until 10 or 10:30am).
The location is great. Further enough from all of the crazy Chaweng nightlife, but close enough to walk to if you wanted to.

The only negatives would be the lack of beds by the pool, which always seemed to be taken with no-one in them (presumably taking up a pool bar spot as well). The other thing that I found strange that even though the room had a balcony, every time I wanted it locked or unlocked I had to call somebody to come up (strange, no turn lock, just a key which they would not leave).

In terms of value for money, I don't think you will find better. I can imagine the only difference between this place and the 5stars across the road is a private beach. Access (which is very close anyway).

As for the Japanese restaurant attached. The food is amazing, good value for money, although the staff all seem very depressed.

I will definitely be staying here again if I head back to Chewang.

Room Tip: Avoid a room on the main street (there isn't many, but you don't want to be the unlucky one)
