This hotel is a little bit further away from the centre of Chaweng, which is great if you want to avoid the noise. It's about a 15 min walk from the main strip, or 200 baht in a taxi (100 baht for a moped taxi). The hotel also provides a private taxi for 200 baht which we used quite a lot. The Italian restaurant sounds a bit odd, but they actually do some really good Thai food, which is quite well priced. The pizzas and pastas are good for eating by the pool during the day. The pool and loungers are well maintained and clean, shame there were a few too many young children around though. Free internet in every room was fast and worked well, and the staff were genuinely friendly and always tried to help - especially the pool boys.

Rooms were of a good size, cleaned and turned down daily, with everything you need. Our bed was probably slightly larger than the King sized bed we have at home. The balcony outside was large and looked at the waterfall and water features, shame it wasn't very private. The bathroom had a jacuzzi which was a nice touch, and a separate shower room.

Nearby there are a few restaurants, the one on the opposite side of the main road was excellent and well worth a visit. The mini supermarket next door had everything you might need from snacks to alcohol to toiletries.

Overall a neat place, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The location is good because it is in a quiet and peaceful area but just a walk from Chaweng down town. They offer you a transfer free service (but the timetable to take profit of it was terrible) which is excellent and transfer to the airport. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Maybe they should have more services. There is a great pool with breathtaking views but that is all. Maybe a jacuzzi, gym, etc would be perfect.

We were collected by the resort shuttle from the airport and the guy who helped us was great and didnt mind waiting around as the airline had missed placed my partners bag.

i was probably a little underwhelmed as we pulled into the hotel i though oh maybe we should of stayed somewhere else as it doesnt have that big hotel street frontage as you would expect but as soon as we got out of the shuttle the staff were amazing and my whole opion was starting to change.

We had booked one the Villa's with private pool. Villa 10, Wow when we first walked in we were blown away. We have stayed at some amazing hotels but that first view from the front door over our bed, over the pool and to the ocean was incredible. If you can spare the extra money then definatly try and book one of the pool villa's, you wont be dissapointed.

The breakfast was pretty good, had everything you could want and we also ate dinner in the restuarant a couple of times and it was also very very good.

We had a scooter for a couple of days which avoided the 200baht taxi fare each way which quikly adds up if its outside of the free shuttle times.

The only small negatives was maybe the tour desk, which i am not even sure is run by the hotel, seemed very uninterested and not overly willing to help. Also the hotel probably needs a little refining or tlc compared to luxury resorts. Dont get me wrong, it did not worry us at all or should it effect your holiday what so ever, but the paint on the walls might be a bit rough, the drain might be a little slow to empty, actual keys to open doors instead of the credit card style electronic. So all very small things that made no difference to us or should it to anyone else but im sure some fussy people might complain.

I have forgotten his name, the the main guy who drove the shuttle and was generally around the reception area was awesome. So friendly, knowledagble and really helped us have a great stay at the hotel.

Would stay here again.

Room Tip: If you can afford the pool villa they are amazing. Villa 10 was spectactular

This hotel is 10mins drive from airport and at the on end of Chaweng Beach away from noisy bars and parties. It takes 20+mins walk to town along Chaweng Main St or 10mins by scooter which is the cheaper option. Metered taxi charge 200BHT flat rate into town. The staff were friendly and accommodated us arriving early and leaving late. The restaurant food and prices the same as most other hotels but there are cheaper options in town. Our pool villa was clean and comfortable and daily cleaning service was great. We had no problems. Very tranquil experience. Will definitely go back. In a week we had only one day of sun and lots of rain but we still felt relaxed and there was still lots to see and do. Wifi was fast and free.

Room Tip: Although the hotel provide mosquito coils and room spray, in town at the pharmacy buy some body spra...

Very friendly staff. you can eat really well.
Koh Samui is a bit more expensive than Bangkok but it is still ok.
They provide a free shuttle from the resort to the centre of Chaweng.
They gave a nice attention because it was the birthday of my boyfriend when we stayed there.
He got a cake with candles at breakfast and they wrote happy bday on our bed with rose petals.
Thai Massage was great :)

Room Tip: We got a deluxe villa and it was great

I've recently stayed at the property with a friend for a relaxing holiday in southern Thailand. Located at the northern tip of Chaweng beach, this is a good three-stars level property with a very nice pool, located right on the beach access and next to Olivio, a good Italian restaurant.

Staff is helpful, efficient and polite. On the room point of view, we took a two-beds room which was located in a pretty unfortunate position (we did not spend much time in there anyway), but for what I could see, the bungalows seems to be much nicer and private. A Good Hotel!

This hotel is one of the best hotels which I had been in it has the best villa's and the best furniture. Reception staff are so kind and helpful. The restaurant is the best. The view on the beach the rooms between the plants it like haven.
I really love the hotel.
The bad thing is the pool toooooooo small.
