The hotel is very clean and located in a rather convenient area where you can find foods and markets with 5 minutes walk. The room comes with a nice TV and big comfortable bed and the workers (receptionists and cleaners) are very friendly and nice. Provided the limited space, the swimming pool is a small turn down but overall the hotel is close to perfect.

The room we had was absolutely tiny (just room for a double bed and a tiny bit of walkway - so only just standing room once our backpacks where in there) it was immaculately clean and had air con, a fridge and a telly which was complete luxury compared to some of the backpacking places I'd been to.

Our room was cleaned every day, and I had to leave everything in my bags as the safe wasn't working, but I didn't have any problems with security at all. We got free drinking water daily too which was lovely, and they never tried cleaning when we were still inside.

The pool was a disappointment as the photos do make it look slightly more impressive than the paddling pool/trough that it is. We also never made it up on time for breakfast so I couldn't tell you about that, but I heard from other guests it was very good.

The major downside with his hotel is that it's a 15 minute walk from the action of Chaweng. This place would be great if you're not into going out or having a noisy street nearby, but we were hoping for a bit more life, however our fault for not checking where the hotel was. I wouldn't recommend walking from the nightlife to the hotel alone as parts of the road are very dark and I wouldn't feel safe (luckily there were two of us).

However once again I cannot fault the quality of the rooms and the service, absolutely brilliant - really good value for money. (Have a hunt online, we got our room about $60 cheaper than normal per night with Agoda.com).

Extremely friendly staff who upgraded our room for free and always had smile on their face. room was very clean and modern but a little small. comfiest bed by far in months of travel! Beach entrance straight across road and miles of restuarants right on the doorstep! Would stay there again for sure!

Excellent value for money compared to other places around

All rooms clean, new, aircon and wifi.

Free breakfast, cereal, fruit and toast juice and coffee.
Which in a cafe/restaurant works out to be over 200bt so well worth it.
Just off the beach road but no noise at night.
Room service daily.
For $20 a night you cannot go wrong

Clean room, Chaweng's culinary mile can be discovered by walking. The rooms well appointed but VERY small and no space for luggage placement. Rooms not facing to the front have windows which are bricked up by the (friendly?) neighbour so you wont see the sun and will prefer to have curtains drawn. No parking in front of the hotel but nearby at the police station.
Service nice; breakfast bland - but all in all definitely worth the (little) money they asked for. Any time again 8-)

Room Tip: Unless you just need a room to crash then do not stay there as you do not want to spend any daytime.
