We only spent one night here, and glad we didn’t stay. The location is nice and that’s the end of the positives. The walls of room had stains on them, as did the toilet seat. The AC didn’t work well and was extremely loud. The mattress was fine, but the pillows were lumpy and hard like sleeping on a bag of rocks. Breakfast was not-terrible, which is the best I can say. Service was fine from what we could tell.

The location and rooms are excellent for the price. Right on the beach and 5 minutes near the main section in chewang for beach bars and markets. Only feedback is that the restaurant service is appalling - we ate there 3 times. Each time we had to ask multiple times for cutlery and plates, whilst twice meals did not come out or forgotten for 40 minutes (I had to ask over 3 times where the missing meal was).

Awesome experience, great service with professional team always find a way to make your stay even more hospitable. Rooms are clean on a daily basis, breakfast heaps to choose from with Awesome egg cook fried, poached or omelette. Such great experience, hotel is on the beach and close to everything else from partying or shopping, kickboxing temples. Awesome time will definitely go back

We stayed 10 days in a Beach Front Pool Villa. The room is situated right on the beach so there is a lot of people walking past. The room itself could do with an update, it is very dark and the lighting is quite poor in the bedroom and bathroom. The views are beautiful and their is always something to look at.

Our young adult children stayed in a Deluxe Whirlpool room which is located towards the back of the resort in an enclosed verandah that doesn't really see any daylight and can get quite stuffy. The noise echoes from the other rooms when people are using their spas. The room itself was quite modern but also very dark. We got a good deal on both rooms so we did get value for money.

Housekeeping staff were hit and miss, had to chase them a couple of times for towels and toilet paper. Not many of the staff speak English so was difficult to get across our requests.

Reception staff were okay, didn't follow up on a complaint we had, seemed to brush it off.

Cheaper to barter with the many taxis out the front to go to airport than using hotel driver. About 50 baht per person to get a ride on the many Songthaews into Central Chaweng.

Breakfast was standard buffet, egg station was good but can be busy at peak times. Only ate at the restaurant once for a snack and it was terrible, but there is plenty of restaurants just outside to choose from and a 711 nearby for snacks and drinks. The restaurant prices seemed to be cheaper down near the hotel. It is about a 10-15 min walk to the heart of Chaweng with lots of restaurants and shops along the way.

Recommend walking up the beach and trying many of the happy hour bars along the way or the restaurants on the beach at night as well. Overall we preferred the quieter location to the busy central Chaweng, but would probably stay at a different hotel next time.

This hotel is situated in one of my favourite location. not over crowded and the beach is lovely.
The rooms totally depends on what you paid. Clean and comfortable but slightly dated.
Their breakfast and restaurant food is Horrible. Cocktails were water down
