Ok, for an average stAy. Not for romance or if you plan to stay in your room alot. Pool area is beautiful, and when dining, u can sitt Right on The beach in The Nice Ocean breeze, with chirping birds around:) american breakfast included....not worth it. Spider in food (i know it can happen to anyone, but since i hate spiders i freaked out more..... For example ants wouldn bother me as much lol. Room hAd Dirty walls, tiles and towels. Very dusty all over ceiling, walls etc, humid air, smell and sheets. Although We slept ok. We never left our important stuff in room because We got warned not to trust Any staff members by The staff lol. Also Very important to lock door at Night They said. Poor poor english skills, but friendly staff. Cleaning Maids also friendly when Being given friendlyness. I think if u stay, stay away from rooms away from reception. The One older Male staff member We met was The One Who gave us The warnings. Before We sat our bags down he hadd already picked it all up ready to help us to our room:) it grows on u, but not for The picky One when it comes to room standards. Advice would be to upkeep all rooms equal, and Even if some balconies Wont show from outside, They still shouldnt be neglected!!!! Buy safes for all rooms, and upgrade breakfast included.

Room Tip: Avoid standard bedroom for two w gardenview. Its like its own appartment building away from The reception and pool area, but Didnt see that as a problem. The balconies on This backside are moldy and terrible!! White plastic chairs that Arent White anymore.

Pros: nice beach, nice pool, hotel rooms are cleaned everyday. Very comfortable beds. Friendly breakfast staff, breakfast included. Very quiet hotel. They give you a beach towel every day, no charge.
Cons: the drains in the bathrooms smell horrible, they did nothing when we complained. No safety box. Rude reception staff. Don't book anything through them- they'll rip you off and laugh about it to your face. They need better beach chairs. They charge 10% on everything you order. Had lunch there once. It was bad.

This isn't a terrible place to stay, we arrived after a taxi took us there we didn't book it ourselves. The hotel pool and reception looks like luxury and right on a gorgeous beach too. But the rooms are not very clean stains on bed sheets And dirty walls. Also my partner got really bad food poisoning while staying here he had eaten at the restaurant within the hotel and Burger King the next day which I had to so we are thinking it came from the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel is in a good location, but that was probably the only good thing about it. On our arrival the sheets on the bed were dirty, massive stains on it. We informed the reception about it and they sent someone to change the sheet, the new sheet was too small for the bed and we got told that will have to do until the next day.
Next day the housekeeping cleaned our room but forgot to give us new towels, toilet paper, water bottles, tea, coffee etc, so we went down to reception again where they told us, they would inform the housekeeping. 2 hours later we still had not seen anyone, so we had to use our own towels for showering.
The following day, it got even better, by 6pm our room was still not cleaned and we informed the reception again. The housekeeping came up about 1 hour later and gave us 2 bottles of water and one toilet roll, and while I was saying to her that the room has not been cleaned yet, she literally closed the door in front of me. REALLY???
This is definitely not what I expected for paying 5000 baht per night!!!
Safe was not in the room either which most of the other places provided.

Neither reception nor housekeeping was very friendly or helpful and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone...not for that price!
