It used to be called "Chaweng Beach Backpackers Hostel" - so if you've seen that entry on tripadvisor, it is the same place.

Very very basic accommodation, with next to no atmosphere or social element. Large dorm room with bunk beds. A bit out of the way, but still on the main Chaweng Beach. About 5 minute walk to the beach and slightly more for nightlife.

It seems clean, but I never saw a cleaner, and the bin was overflowing by the time I left, as it hadn't been emptied during my whole stay. It is by far the cheapest place I could find to stay in Koh Samui, but it may be worth spending slightly more, or avoiding Koh Samui for a cheaper island if you are on a tight budget.More
