We rented this villa from Dec 30, 2015 thru Jan 6, 2016. Rental included transfers to and from hotel and assistance of property manager, housekeeper, gardener etc.
The villa was as pictured (maybe a little older) but nice all the same. This was our first villa rental, and it was made super easy with the help of the villa manager Santosh! We couldn't have done it without him. He was on call the whole time for us with help arranging taxis, car rental, spas, restaurants...you name it...he was there for us.
Thanks Santosh for making our wonderfully carefree!

So we visited koh samui for the first time, and we found this place online. This was one of our best stay ever. We were a bunch of 7 friends and had gone to enjoy the nightlife and beaches.
The villa is very good, and is located perfectly. Very peaceful, and 7/11 is right at the corner.
The villa is huge, with excellent bathrooms and bedrooms.
The swimming pool is also very big and clean.
The care taker is very friendly and helps in all the way.
Music system to kitchen appliances all are available and is perfect villa to stay.
Do stay here if you want to enjoy the luxury life in a very affordable cost.
Location: 8/10 takes 5 minutes to reach the beach

Stayed here with 6 other friends for buck's party for 3 nights in October.
Lived very comfortably. Great size bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas as well as outdoors/pool area.
Location was good - short ride to main Chaweng area and easy to get to.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Would definitely stay again.

Me and 6 other friends stayed at this villa whilst travelling around Thailand. We wanted something close to shops, bars and the beach - and we got what we wanted. All rooms were a great size, and it was a very open plan kitchen and living area. The pool was a great size and there were plenty of sun beds.
We were greeted by Jonny, who was on hand 24/7 to help us. He helped us with our laundry and getting around town. He was a great help, and gave great advise on places to go to.
We couldn't of asked for a better host, or a better villa. Big thanks to Jonny for all of his help. P.S, if you like Whitney Houston, your in for a right treat! Jonny plays this back to back in his car!
