Wonderful hotel with great spa area, great food and attentive staff. We went there once in winter and once in summer, and enjoyed it sooo much! Recommended to everybody.

We spent four days at the Liebes rot-fluh for a marriage anniversary with two baby girls.
We enjoyed exceptional comfort, attentive customer service and excellent food. The health complex (saunas, steam baths, indoor and outdoor heated pools, massage rooms) is the best around. The children appreciated a luxurious mini club with expensive and new equipment as well as interesting activities, specialized staff and even a dedicated restaurant. Despite this, they choosed to share most of our activities and there was no problem following minimal restrictions on time and venue.
The decor is overwhelming (trompe l'oeil, landscaped pools and restaurants , works of art ad craft displayed everywhere) but after initial surprise it becomes evident that it all springs from genuine desire to please the eye in every detail, yet it might be a matter of taste.
Most of the staff is multi lingual and we were never short of info and assistance, although printed information is mostly in german, only daily specials were translated in english so the excellent waiter/ manger had to explain every item.
Luxurious rooms individually depicted on the web site, which is a very reliable reference in every other respect. I am not fond of hotels but thos time we were sad to leave.

I stayed at the "Traumhotel" with my partner for 4 nights and we were astonished by the property. Every room and restaurant has a unique design and is very cozy and warm. The hotel offers several different restaurants with excellent cuisine! Amazing steaks but also traditional dishes and delicious cakes in the afternoon. We visited mostly to have a sports-wellness vacation. The surrounding Alps allowed us to go skiing even though it was April already!!!! On the other hand we were already able to go hiking and golfing. The wellness area is very new and the design is just amazing. We had several treatments in different rooms. Even though the hotel is located in a small village which does not provide any shopping possibilities all the needed things are provided in little stores within the hotel - its like a village.... To go shopping you have to drive about 30 min. to the next town.

We wanted to have a few days of super relax and we have been attracted by the website of this 5 stars SPA hotel in Austria. Hotel structure is ok, nothing faboulous as presented but clean and with a good SPA but organisations was completely out of what you expect from a hotel of this level:

1. From the three existing restaurants, one was always overbooked, in three days there was no way to go there. Of course it was the only decent one.

2. Wonderfull SPA: want a massage? No way, there is not enough personell!

3. Room just in front of work on progress on the road, starting in the morning - not a very long sleep...

4. Unbeliveble: trying to have a "nap" after lunch and I put the red sign out of the door: I kept being disturbed by non English speaking maids, knocking on the door or even calling on the phone to make some work in the room - what the red sign is for? I complained - no result...

5. Presented as a very international hotel, nothing except the very key things were actually written in English, all messages within the Spa, sauna, various leisure activities written in German.

6. Services and structure of the hotel not well explained at all

All in all quite a quite bad experience in what should have been a magic place.

  • Liked — Mountains arounds the place - outside swimpool area
  • Disliked — Service
