We usually spend the month of May in this part of Sicily, and Cafe Millennium is one of three restaurants we continue to return to. There is a choice of sitting outdoors and enjoying a lighter lunch (we have not been here for dinner) or going inside and downstairs for a "real" meal. When dining downstairs, we always ask for the chef's recommendations for the day. We have never been disappointed in any of their pasta dishes. And, leave room for dessert, which you can choose from the dessert case in the cafe bar - their cannelloni are some of the best in southeast Sicily - the other best can be found at Cafe Sicilia on the main street in Noto.
Service is always friendly, although service when sitting outdoors can sometimes feel a bit rushed (or even brusque).
