Quiet place. Friendly service. Food came out quickly! Seafood chowder was salty and was served with a small ciabatta which had mould on it! Partner had blue cod and chips:average. Disappointing!

Sorry that you thought the chowder was too salty. Our chowder and Blue cod meals are the most popular out of our menu and usually receive great comments. The bread roll is a new one for us and they can have quite a bit of flour on them. These come in fresh everyday so I don't understand how it could've had mould on it. If you had of mentioned it at the time, we would've been more than happy to exchange it for you. If you are back down this way again, make yourself known to us and we will more than make it up to you.

The other reviews talk about having lunch here, so I wasn't sure what to expect as we went looking for breakfast in Bluff. They have a good selection of breakfast items, and we chose the pancakes and the bacon and eggs. Both dishes were delicious, and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and prompt and I thought the decor was entertaining. We had a great time, and would definitely go back for more.

Visited Anchorage with my hockey team (girls). 10 of us shared a seafood platter for 2 and a bowl of seafood chowder. The generous serving was just right for all of us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit! Do check out the interesting old pictures of the building around the restaurant.
