This is definitely the place to visit. We had a cheese platter for two. The different cheeses were explained to us and then we started the sampling! Bought some pistachio oil and smoked trout before we left. Returned two days later for a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich and melted brie on a toasted baguette. Delicious! Bought more smoked trout. Two days later, we were getting ready to head home and we picked up more trout. Very friendly service and great food!

We live in the Beaver Valley and love the cheese gallery. Our children love to go and pick a new favorite! The shop also has fresh breads, specialty dips/ crackers etc, and lots of great cheese type hostess gifts. A special occasion is never complete without a visit here!!!

Absolutely LOVED my visit to The Cheese Gallery. My boyfriend and I were staying in Collingwood and being huge cheese lovers, we discovered the nearby Cheese Gallery online. Was more than worth the quick drive to Thornbury. Beautiful shop, welcoming ambience. Can say with confidence that it was our best cheese experience to date.

Ordered two glasses of wine, one grilled cheese sandwich of the day (aged cheddar with caramelized onion), a cheese fondue for two AND a cheese plate for two. Excessive, yes- but to us it was a dream meal. Everything was to die for. The cheese plate was a delicious mix of cheeses that we hadn't tried before and portions were substantial. We were introduced to a few new favourites, one of which (Laird's Mustard) made its way home with us! Finished off the meal with two fantastic coffees which were served as individual French presses, an elegant touch.

Delicious assortment of local products in addition to the cheeses..frozen meals, salsas and dips, biscuits and sweets. Leslie (the owner) was really friendly and informative. I wish that cheese shops here in Toronto would take a hint from The Cheese Gallery and try to build the same kind of experience! A must-visit if you're a cheese lover. We'll certainly be back!

Shared a cheese tray for 2 and a glass of wine each. Service was perfect and the selection of cheese, fruit, olives and crackers was better than we had hoped. Can not wait to return. This a must see and needs to be on your list of things I do when in the Blue Mountain area. Definitely worth the drive!
