Our second visit to the Orchid, and again, we left happy and satisfied.
Brunch Sunday and the place was very busy. Maybe a 20 minute wait to be seated, a bit of a delay getting our order placed as our server was doing double-duty at the cash register and each time she tried to get to us, another table would leave and she'd be delayed.
Once the order was placed, it arrived fairly quickly. Eggs Bene ($12.00) all around, very tasty, nicely poached eggs just runny enough, on toasted English muffins and home fries.
Coffee refills arrived by magic, a great local spot with a fun vibe.
Maybe have an extra server on busy weekends? There were only two the day we were there, serving both the inside space and an outside patio, with another person busing tables, and taking the occasional order. Another pair of hands would really help move things along.
