We stayed the last weekend in May. Place is lovely staff helpful and nice atmosphere. The biggest complaint I have is being disturbed by contractors at 6.30am in the morning and kept awake till nearly 2 am with people shouting from the terrace area of the pub bar. Not impressed
this certainly spoilt our stay at this motel. Not sure if we would stay again

Afraid to say we were not impressed with our recent visit, gorgeous looking restaurant and bar, friendly service but food very disappointing, menu is pub grub and not what I would expect in a restaurant charging these prices, also some parts of main course not available and also bland, unfortunately had to add plenty of salt and pepper and £16.99 for a bottle of Jacobs Creek is a bit of a rip off!

Found the swan just off the beaten track, after and long had day on business.

Room was very nice clean and a good bed. The staff Holly, Tanya and Sarah were all very helpful and might my stay relaxing.

A good Chefs special board with alot to offer, but Matt the chef had a special Steak.... Wow look at the photos..

And a good breakfast in the morning.

I will be back.

Well worth a visit, a hidden little gem.

Stumbled across The Swan when looking for a lunchtime stop, and enjoyed a well kept pint and an enjoyable snack in an attractively paid out garden. Returned that evening with a group of five and had a very good meal. Wine options a little limited but the food was good and the service was friendly. The premises are very attractive throughout.

Our Easter Break started on Friday 18th April at The Swan Motel, Gillingham.
We have been to The Swan on several occasions before it was refurbished by the current owners & have seen the decline over the years of this lovely Motel. So it was with some apprehension that we booked a 3 day break there, but if the online brochure was anything to go on it looked greatly improved. We were not disappointed it was really refurbished with great style and attention to detail. Our room No 3 was decorated & furnished very tastefully with comfortable beds, good quality bed linen & towels.
The only minor details that could improve things is a hairdryer & a mirror by the bureau near the sockets and a waste bin would make it perfect.
We must thank the friendly & helpful staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
