I stayed last week at the Angel in Pershore having booked at short notice.
The hotel ambience and the staff were extremely welcoming and I was given a smallish but perfectly comfortabe and totally acceptable room.
Check-in was easy, parking a dream, and the location worked out perfectly.
Had a drink in the bar which was warm and convivial, and I would have spent more time there and eaten had I not been meeting someone elsewhere that evening.
So didn't sample the evening meal, but the english breakfast in the morning was awesome and prepared so quickly upon my request as I was leaving really early.
Can't fault the place and provided excellent value for money--would stay again and hopefully spend a bit more time there next time.

We have stayed at the Angel Inn Hotel more than a dozen times over the last
several years. It is a great place for a mini break that does nt cost a small fortune.

Its a small, charming and friendly place to stay and the food is simply outstanding.
The Hotel itself compares favourably with high end establishments and we have
stayed in a few over the years. The standards are consistently high and never
seem to waiver.

I sincerely doubt you could find a more pleasant place to stay for your money
than the Angel Inn Hotel. A little Gem in the heart of Pershore.

The Restaurant is worth a special mention, the food is undoubtedly Michelin star
quality at local Restaurant prices. Just hope it does nt become to well known -
we like it just the way it is.

Room Tip: Choose a suite for the extra comfort. Worth the extra pennies.

We are local, and just wanted a quick snack for lunch while doing our shopping. I ordered our drinks at the bar first, and then the food. Big mistake!! After the drinks had been poured (a pint for hubby) they told us there was a delay of 20 minutes for food orders because of a party in the dining room. If only we had discovered this before the drinks were served!!

The 20 minute wait turned into 45 minutes, by which time our patience was running pretty low. We made enquiries at the bar in case they'd forgotten us ... no.

When the food eventually arrived it was delicious, so full marks there.

The is a town-centre former coaching inn, and is full of character.

We recently stayed at the hotel on a deal where we had to spend £50 on food and drink to obtain an absolute give away of a nights stay at the hotel. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite free of charge. The suite was lovely and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely sleep. The food was fabulous. I had ordered a small fish and chips. It was so delicious I wish I had gone for the large. Lovely service from all staff. Thank you very much to all at the Angel for a lovely overnight stay :)

We visited here for Sunday Lunch as a family day out. Food was very good, but be prepared that the menu on their website, is only a sample menu! We actually only booked it because of how nice the menu for sunday lunch online sounded. To be honest, if we'd had seen the ACTUAL menu prior to booking, we never would have chosen it as a pub destination.

The Angel Inn Hotel in Pershore Worcestershire is a place I have and shall return again on many occasions.
This Hotel is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed for a number of very good reasons and far to many to list on here, what I can say is you will not be disappointed with your stay at this hotel.
The food served was first class and exceeded my expectations with taste, quality and presentation, in fact the food indeed is locally produced and served within the restaurant.
Make sure you ask for the Cheesecake !

Room Tip: Speak direct to the manager Sue, she is wonderful and very helpful indeed, in fact a breath of fresh...

Our one-night stay in The Malvern Suite offered the comfort and warmth of a good bed and quailty furnishings with a smart modern bathroom (shower rather than bath). We loved the fact that the original features of the room have been preserved where possible and the original windows and window furniture have not been interfered with.
Tea coffee etc were available in generous quantities in the room and the same was true of the cosmetics in the bathroom.
The feeling at the hotel, the whole time we were there, was one of relaxation and the staff were as helpful as possible and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed excellent service at all times and both our evening meal and breakfast were very pleasurable experiences! The expression "shabby chic" could have been coined for this hotel where the history of the place is echoed in the decor and ambience whilst the comfort of the guests is always the first consideration. My kind of hotel experience and one which I would strongly recommend!

Room Tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel offer views of the lovely garden and river
