Nice hotel with friendly staff and a very helpful manageress. We bought an offer from ebay for 2 nights room only, no premium room available for the date required as it was our anniversary so we were offered a luxury room for additional fee which was agreed. What a shame about this "luxury" room,(Malvern) front of hotel over the bar and facing High Street. Old building and bay window is very old, single pane glass but late on we discovered that there was an open inch wide gap at one side of the window allowing a very cold breeze and noise from the High Street into the room, taped up but tape had come off and the one electric heater that was in the room just could not keep up and give enough warmth in the room, especially as very windy outside. No heat in the bathroom either. Music until 12.30am played in bar below could be heard and also began again at 08.30 next morning, not what you want from a luxury room.
When we spoke to manageress about this the next morning she very helpfully changed our room for one at the back which was a great improvement for warmth and a nice room.
Food was lovely and recommended and other staff friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed our stay apart from the problem with first room.

Room Tip: Advise not to have a front of house room as noisy and draughty unless you lik fresh air and road noise, rooms at back are nice ad quiet.

Very good room, quiet ( we had a room at the back) shower could have been more powerful but we were told all the rooms were to be re-furbished. Staff very friendly especially Manager. Exceptionally good evening meal, would heartily recommend. Well done.

Room Tip: Room at the back.

Travelled down from co durham to visit family living in pershore so I wanted somewhere central. Staff very friendly on arrival. Room very comfortable and spacious. Ate in the restaurant at night. Lovely food and service good. Had drinks in the bar sitting in front of a nice fire. It was very relaxing. Breakfast in the morning was top class. Would definetly book in to the angel again.

Another lovely break at The Angel Inn. The food is excellent and the service matched. Our room is as promised for our ebay find and a lovely relaxing eggshell blue. A leisurely stroll around the shops bagged us some bargains too. Hope to return soon.

I stay here now and again as I was working in the area. It is a very well appointed small hotel with friendly staff - just what I like when staying away from home. The room as bright and airy and good space for me to work and eat my evening meal. The WiFi worked well and there was plenty of space in the bar/lounge area where I could met with a colleague over a coffee and lunch. I have a couple of hotels that I like in the Cotswolds area and this is definately one of them that I use often.
