We visited this restaurant as recommendation of our B&B, who said we must have a traditional dish before leaving the area: tigelle or crescentine. Driving up to the restaurant was delightful, with gorgeous views. Our waiter was very helpful and encouraged us to begin with the bread dishes and not order pasta or second course until afterwards (in case that would be too much food). Good advice, as we were stuffed by the time we finished the tigelle ( round flat bread that you slice apart and fill with meat, cheese etc) and cresentine (fried pieces of dough that are soft and you fold food into it). Loved the crescentine! With the bread was served a platter full of a variety of meats, cheeses, marinated vegetables, and spreads; later as a sort of dessert, chocolate and cherry marmalade. Wonderful and unique! A family business and owner gave us a shot of limencello as we were leaving.
