This August we spent a week in this hotel. Despite of fact that in the fact sheet of the hotel says that the stuff speaks English, the level of their English is very poor. Also they do not reply on the e-mails sent. From the moment we had booked holiday stay in this hotel I wrote few e-mails to ask reception to give us 2 rooms to close each other I never received any reply. At arrival no suprise that we were given 2 rooms far away from each other. One at the ground floor and one on the 3rd floor. The first room on the ground floor had a bathroom with mildew spread over the bath and doors, so we asked to change the room. Fotunately that was figure out quickly and without problem. The variety of food is very poor as well. No seafood, almost no fish grilled during the week. My nephew was very upset and disappointed about that. The pool bar offering refresment is always full but just with one barman. The food over there is served from noon even that is available before, the cook will not give it to you. The beach towels were very poor quality, fringe completly undone. You even had to ask for a water in the canteen, which is split out of bottle by stuff. When something was eaten in the beach bar they did not replenish anything. To top it all; the bottom of the sea is completly stoned. no sand at all and we did not have any idea of this. There is noone on the beach who cares if you have your sunbed or if you dont need anything. From the 5 stars hotel we expected much, much much more and much highier quality of services.

If you want to have opportunities given below directly go to TURKİZ Hotel in Beldibi Antalya;

1.Eating chicken or turkey in every day , no meat in weekly menu
2. Using wet towels during day, not allowed to change it in a day
3. Sleeping without air conditioner at extremly hot air temperatures
4. Living in un - hygienic conditions in hotel room or kitchen
5. Taking a bath without clean towel
6. Not allowed to laying your legs in the lobby
7. People servicing unpolite
8. Drinking alcohol which you never heard brand names
9. Cleaning of rooms at evening times
10. Flyings or insects in cheese and breads
11. Not enough deck chair to rest
12. Drink coke looks like sweety water...
13. Etc...................

İf you want to cry and be unhappy in your holiday please choose TURKİZ Hotel in Beldibi TURKEY

This hotel is wasting of time and money. May be once "upon a time" on past before been sold to Kazakhstan company (2010) it was an excellent hotel. But not anymore. Not only 5* class services are non-existent, but what is more sad, basic service lack as well. Rooms are not cleaned properly all the time - on some days no dust cleaning, no vacuuming, no bath cleaning, no towel replacement. Despite the official fact-sheet statement about total reconstruction of the hotel, all the interior materials are shabby and absolutely used up - e.g. carpets are faded and dirty, chairs in restaurant are just non-professionally repainted instead of replaced...
Staff does not speak English. Only managers at the Guest relations desk can speak.
Hotel is focused mainly on Russian clients for whom it seems to be "good enough".
Look for other hotel, I don't recommend this one.

Good parts are the building itself and usage areas, pool bar, pool, other accessable areas.
Other than these things nothing is good. The quality of all kind of foods and beverages are very poor. Couldnt find something to eat and drink other than water mellon and water. Sun beds are always occupied even at the 7 am we were not able to find a sun bed neither at the pool nor on the beach. The beach full of rack had difficulty to enter the sea. Wireless connection is available only at the lobby.Animation team is poor and activities are not good. Too many children in the pool. It seems like a family hotel but I cannot suggest to the families either because of poor quality. Not worthed five stars.

the only good thing about hotel is view of mountains..except this everthing was so awful.. food is everyday same and no taste..staff is very rude and they have no idea about what kind of indstury they are working in..and my last warning about couples !!! dont go to thıs hotel becouse this hotel is full of man its like army camp .. at the end this hotel is waste of time and waste of money .. stay away !!!

I came here last year with my boyfriend and it was amazing! We arrived at four in the morning at the hotel in which we immediately helped with our cases by reception. When we checked in they offered us sandwiches and drinks as we had quite a long flight. We declined the offer as were just looking forward to going to bed! Our room was nice we had a couple of problems at first as there was mirror hanging off the wall and one of our curtains was broke. We told reception in the morning and they immediately fixed it. The room was kept clean and tidy throughout the holiday which was excellent.

We were all inclusive at the hotel and had the best breakfasts everyday! Get the pancakes with chocolate or jam they were lovely and very filling if you wanted to have a later lunch.
All the food was excellent in the main restraunt and the pool bar where we always had lunch as it was next to the sunbeds!

The pool area is amazing! There are always games being played and the reps there are lovely. My boyfriend and I are only in our 20s so we were bombarbed a bit by the reps to play games which was off putting if you wanted to just chill by the pool. Which is why we spent most of our time by the beach which is literally two minutes away from the hotel and has lovely sun loungers.

We spent most of our time in the hotel as there was loads to do. We didnt really go out top the clubs in Marmaris and stuff as my boyfriend didnt feel comfortable leaving me if he went to get drinks or go to the toilet however as we were all inclusive we could get as many free drinks as we wanted and ended up drunk most nights at the hotel bar!

I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families as the entertainment was excellent we joined in most times on the stage they had in whixh my boyfriend won champion of the hotel for Britain! It is a really good laugh.
I would definately come back here again!

so ... our 4th time in an all inclusive hotel in Turkey,this hotel is located in Beldibi ,small town with a great view of mountain and sea.it's really clean,the rooms and the area .the food is great comparing to other all or uall hotels in antalya ,lots of choice for food BUT not for beverages ..bad bad taste.we had to buy our own drinks from the supermarket outside.the housekeeping is ok .there are some bad points...first the mini bar was not full at all,there were just 2 waters and sometimes they forgot to gave us waters ,once we had to ask for water and then the bartender didn't give us anything???why???because we spoke English ,,,you have to speak Turkish, their level of English is not really that great!!!!
the other time we were eating dinner at the restaurant and it was near the time of closing so they turned the lights off,,,and we were like really????there are lots of people here and we are eating,,really the service is not 5star at all,,it's more like a 3 star and they seem to not understand anything and really bad mannered...there is no menu for drinks and the bartenders don't know how to make some cocktails,,i wonder why it's a 5star??
whenever we eat at the restaurant for breakfast or lunch.,,,there are some dirty plates and glasses ,,sometimes if you ask for a cock they say we don't have and the time is not finished yet.we know it's low season but we expected more from this hotel.the TV has just some channels not enough to watch ..there is only one bar in this hotel and the others were close,,so we were on the beach and we had to walk to the lobby bar and ask for a drink,the a la carte restaurants were all closed, WI-FI only works at the lobby bar ,i don't know what to say about the gym and the indoor pool.,the beach here in kemer is full of stone,,so if you are travelling with children you have to wear your flip-flops...the weather generally in kemer is a little bit cooler than the other areas in antalya.i would say during the high season maybe it's going to be a good choice but there are lots of things that they have to work on to get the 5 stars back.
