Stayed here for one night. A well done property with excellent rooms and good room service. However, the restaurant had limited options to offer. The gardern and lawn areas were beautifully maintained and overall a very neat and clean place. If one look at the type of rooms and services offered, cost wise it was a complete value for money. Not too expensive but offered great facilities!

Small lake within with variety of fishes, swiming pool, play area with carrom etc, poultry section with very unique breeds, sufficient place for pets, lawn, lake tributaries, paddy fields, ideal view of sunrise......phew.........simply magnificent...The hotel is located inside and road is bumpy but u will just forget about it on enterng the hotel...

Had stay for one night and it was awesome. The hotel is located inside and the road is bit rough but the location is awesome. Its right opp the backwater lake.Rooms are big and clean. Its divided as an studio.both drawing room and bedroom has LCD tv and ac with small refrigerator.it also has small balcony which faces fields.Coming to food..it though not big menu but carters most of cuisine.Taste is also good. One can enjoy buffet dinner/lunch which is reasonable.Right from manager and staff everyone is courteous and helpful.Children can have lots of activities like playing indoor outdoor games.it also has small pond where one can do boating. They also of spa which offers traditional Kerela massage and its amazing.overall this place is family friendly and relaxing.Highly recommended for comfort stay.

Nice spacious and well appointed rooms. Amazing view of the backwaters or the pond/pool of the hotel from the hotel room. Great service.

The hotel appeared understaffed and its unfortunate because the front-desk manager had to check us in as well as get our bags to our rooms. The man is a gem of a person and deserves more help than this. The management should take note and hire help for the on-site manager.

The kitchen takes its own sweet time (more than 40 minutes) to bring out food, but the taste is good and so is the quantity. The dining staff was helpful and courteous. The morning buffet breakfast was good. We liked this hotel very much and highly recommend it.

Beautiful resort, but they need to maintain the swimming pool.It was very dirty. Hotel room was very big and very clean ans so is the bathroom. They have upgraded our room to suite. Hotel staff was helpful and food was nice. Hotel had arranged an outdoor party as it was new year's eve. They have arranged Bharatnatyam and Kathakali dancers, singers and games which was quite entertaining and fun. Breakfast buffet was ok.
