My wife and I always enjoy our stay at BAYVIEW-WILDWOOD. The staff are extremely courteous, friendly and helpful and I love the trains. We have been going for 8 years with our daughter and her family. The kids love the program and the parents love having some free times. There are lots of activities to participate in if you want. The nightly entertainment is great. We have made some great friends over the years and it is like a reunion each year. We love it and the rates are really good, the food terrific and life relaxing.

Jerry Wells, Scarborough

Room tip: corner suites are less noisy - Sparrowview is handy to beach, dining room and all water-front activities

Hi Jerry,

Wow - the summer has gone by so quickly. Thank you VERY much for continuing to be part of the Bayview Wildwood Resort family! We love welcoming our summer guests back each year - on their chosen week - just like a reunion or homecoming. Even better - you love the trains! Yeah!

We are truly blessed with great staff and great guests. Thank you for being part of our summer memories each year.

See you next July,

Dianne.

Still returning after 20 consecutive yrs. It's small, family run, laid back,
allows us city people to 'chill'. Helpful staff, friendly, fun, great memories.
Began as friends for a couple of days retreat, ended up 3x size with
extended family included.

Room tip: Take time to review with office staff before booking, as the variety is considerable. Cottages, original (older), modern, tc.

Such a nice place to travel with family, and the special packages for rates with children certainly help. We regularly have 4 generations represented, and meet others who have return (many for more than 20 years). Sparrow Lake is beautiful, and this is the last of the all-inclusive resorts. Thanks for the memories.

Room tip: All rooms have a good view of the lake. Location to the pools and/or the central dining room would be a personal choice.

Hi MC H,

Thank you for the memories! Having been a part of this resort for my whole life, I have seen many generations of families vacation together on Sparrow Lake. Every week of the summer brings us a new group of familiar faces and a feeling of homecoming.

We sincerely hope to continue on the family legacy and welcome the next generation to Ontario resorting!

Thank you so much for sharing your views of our resort on Tripadvisor.

See you next year,

Dianne.

Being in this wonderful resort and having a 50 th Anniversary is the most wonderful experience.
The whole family came together and there were enough bedrooms available for the family to get privacy! The special programs were fantastic and the acknowledgement of the happy couple was tremendous!

Went here for a corporate get away. The rooms where not clean. The price was way out of line for what you got. The food was also very expensive. The food was plentiful some meals where good others not so much but at $600 a night I want incredible.

Hello James K,

Thank you for taking the time to review your corporate stay at our resort.

Our large five-bedroom houses, that hold 11 to 14 people, do have a higher rental rate per night - especially in the summer season. That rate includes accommodation, nightly entertainment, recreation programs and use of facilities. Perhaps your group did not fully maximize the cottage and, as such, did not feel that you received as much value for this. Our five-bedroom houses are very popular and fully book up for the summer. Rates for these houses outside the summer are less expensive.

We have very competitive corporate rates that include accommodation (in resort rooms and suites), meeting room, coffee area and three meals daily. Our only challenge in the summer is that our meeting space is mostly utilized by our children's programs. We try our best to outline this to any prospective summer groups and work with their requirements.

We are truly sorry that you did not feel you received value for your corporate getaway.

Best regards,

Dianne.
