We are from Poland. 4 of us were staying in this hotel for the business trip 5 weeks. As it was one of the option recommended by hosting company in Korea we chose this hotel with doubts.
Food > for the first time choice is limited but OK, after 3 days you will know exactly what you will eat this morning as choice is same for those who prefers European food
Room > pictures of the rooms are different what you can see there. Carpet is dirty, scratched furniture, sometimes we got bedclothes stinky because of some disinfection. Tile in the bathroom is cracked in many places. Big TV screen, free internet, but slow.
Get warm clothes with you - during night it can be cold, 3 from 4 our rooms air cond. couldn't keep air warm enough.
This is 2 European stars hotel but not 3 !
Personal – friendly and quite, don’t speak English much
Outside – small cheep shops, Korean restaurants, don’t expect English menu.
I don’t recommend this hotel

I stayed here for about a month for a business trip. The room at one time was top of the line but was in need of repairs. The tile in the bathroom wall was cracked and corners were missing. The staff was friendly for the most part, but still appears to believe that women do not travel for business. Male counterparts were told of a free breakfast that was available along with laundry, however, females traveling with us were not. I did not try room service as information was not made available, nor was there any information in the room that I had. It was easy to access the base along with restaurants and shopping.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the elevators. The one thing that is unique is that the room key turns on the lights in the room and when a key is inserted into the socket, there is also an indicator outside of the room to indicate whether or not the room is occupied.

The worst 3 star one I stayed in Korea. And previous ones were quite awesome and new. Room service is terrible and time limited. They treated my toilet bowl with disinfector two months later I moved in. There was a period while they were not using powder detergent and softener after washing clothes and beddings. This one is even hard to imagine is happening to you. Sheets smelled terrible. Later they started to go with detergent again but all clothes shrinked to unrecognizable size because of roasting temperature when washing and drying it. They actually destroyed most of my clothes and I did just 3 washing in 6 month stay. Go for street service if you care about your things. Carpets are dirty and look ugly, somewhat of seventies style. Furniture is ok, some glam funky style with metallic gold finish. Bathroom is the worst part. All made by cheap plastic, falling apart - all interior needs renovations. Shower head is spraying water all around but not in the center and was the same in both rooms I have changed. Hallways look very nice. Armchair was falling apart. Free internet and pc but this is standard for Korea. Two glasses in the room were dirty with fingerprints all around and scratches as well. Breakfast is ok, could be better. Food is cold, bacon was second class quality. Nice assorted fruits can be found. If you stayed during the winter be prepared for arctic conditions in the room. Air conditioning is useless and cannot heat. If you need room service, just forget it. You got to go down to reception desk if need something. Water supply: 2 small bottles. If ask for more, they ask to pay it. Pathetic. There is no bar in the hotel but there is beer fridge in the lobby. Prices are fair. Overall, the whole area around the hotel is full of stupid run down bars with bunch of stores selling you the things you will never need in your life.
I do not recommend it to stay.

They take care of flight crews at this hotel. Laundry is done for free and occasionally, management even buys dinner for us! New carpet was recently laid (7th floor done last week) and they take good care of the place, although some of the wall paper is peeling in some of the rooms.

Room Tip: All the rooms are pretty much the same.

We moved the SK and stayed in this hotel with 2 small children (6 and 3) for a little over a month. We had a regular room with 2 double beds. it located maybe 50 meters from the main gate of the local base and is right in the center of town. If you want bars, a variety of restaurants with easy access to the base, bus station, and train station this is the area you need to be in.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel provides FREE laundry service. I said FREE laundry service everyday! Also, the free breakfasts is a mix of western and korean made lovingly every morning by a team of 4 korean ladies. As I've said before, with kids this is maybe the most important thing to look for. Family rooms are available and I wish we'd gotten one. There is a fitness center which I did not use and a small outdoor pool on the roof next to an apartment that is also available. There is a sizeable collection of movies in the lobby which you can watch on the very large TV in your room as well as a small selection of reasonably priced drinks (beers, soda, etc). The room had a PC with free internet. There is also a free shuttle to the base which is great since the hotel has access. Overall it was a very clean and friendly place.

The only negatives to the hotel are common to most of the hotels we've stayed at in Asia:
-The carpet is dirty and needs a vacuum if not a shampoo. Since asians take thier shoes off, I can only assume this is from us westerners
-Hard beds
