The learning from this is, it's very hard to get a decent steak in Spain , if the menus not in English and you neither you or the staff can speak to each other then consider somewhere else.
All that said our steaks came hidden under sauces, the meat was in both cases full of fat and gristle the meat was hardly cooked but then again we were not asked in fairness how could the waiter.
We left our meal but still ended up paying how can you complain however lesson learnt and at €54 for two mains and two soft drinks not a cheap lesson either.
To be fair the decor was ok and the fact locals were eating in there suggests not everyone shared our experience.
