“Incredible site which must be seen”
Reviewed 18 July 2014 via mobile

I'd seen incredible pictures of this place and really wanted to visit. Whilst on holiday in Skala we went on Captain Vangelis' boat trip to Fiskado, worth a visit itself, on course back to skala we had the opportunity to visit the caves, only a short amount of time is actually needed and spent in the cool caves but when the sun shines through to the aqua blue water!! Should not be missed.

“Wow what a place!”
Reviewed 17 July 2014 via mobile

I wanted to visit this place, since doing some reasearch before our holiday. We visited the cave during a stop off on Captain Vangelis boat trip around the East side of the Island, this is simply an awesome place, essential if you visit Kefalonoa, There are boats which take you around this underground lake, our guide was great and he spoke perfect English. The water is crystal clear, the place is very peaceful and quite overwhelming at the same time. Unmissable!

“Worth a visit”
Reviewed 17 July 2014

The lake is absolutely amazing. The colour is like nothing you have ever seen and so clear! You get on a little boat and are taken around the lake with a little bit of the history and general chats. I think if I had missed out on it then I would of been disappointed! It is quite short but still worth it.

Theres also a gift shop, WC and food point.

“Over rated”
Reviewed 17 July 2014

Went as part of a group. I have never seen anything like it but its not amazing. They have really bright lights which get in the way of good photos! It was a bit damp under foot so was taking extra care! The history of the cave is interesting and I think it would of added to the trip had I of known its history (from the war) prior to going in.
There is also a café and many gift shops.

“Enchanting visit”
Reviewed 17 July 2014

I didn't really know what to expect from this trip bit when we walked down the slope and saw the lake, it was just fabulous.
The colour of the water, the stalagmites and stalactites ...were just awesome.
