I strongly recommend please please never opt for this hotel.
Food is worst. Minimal staff. There was as usual centralized geyser which was on repetetive request switched on only when, I told 'em that I will go to consumer protection court otherwise they were just fooling us and saying we don't have geyser in our hotel. (And for sure I'll really go there). This was really my worst experience of online booking. It was booked through Yatra.com. Pleases don't trust Yatra.com too. They charge us more than the room prise. It was also tolerable if services were good.

For starters, the hotel looks tidier on the outside than it is, inside. Im paranoid about clean bathrooms and the bathroom here just about passed muster. Bed sheets, though clean, were also stained. Through the paper thin walls of the hotel, I was able to hear people complaining about not being given bath towels and drinking water.
On the positive side, though, the staff was very sweet and accommodating. Since this property is centrally located, it's easier to get around than from some bigger, better hotels that are further out.

Located near the market. You will get public transport for every part of city. I came to Jhansi 3-4 times for short business visit and always preferred to stay in this hotel. Food is also good. Room are clean & decent.

I checked into this hotel expecting the worst but happily came back with a very pleasant stay.It is very well located with round the clock public transportation, restaurants, shops, Atms and pharmacies. Railway station is very close and Jhansi being the railhead junction that's important. Railway reservation booths and bus stop are close by as well. The room was clean, modestly furnished and comfortable. In spite of being on the main road, it was quiet enough. The food at the restaurant is very good and well priced. The service is excellent. The manager, room service boys and restaurant staff are helpful, polite and non intrusive. They went out of their way to guide me with train connections to nearby places and get into Taj Express train for Gwalior.Only two downsides-there is no Internet facility in the room and hot water in the evening was provided with bucket . Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

My objective was to visit St. Jude shrine. This hotel is about 10 min walk from the shrine. So it was perfectly located.
All sightseeing is within 2 to 3 km from the hotel - Jhansi palace, fort, museum, bazaars. And rickshaws are available from outside the hotel.
The staff is very courteous and helpful.
Food is excellent.
One negative experience was not having hot water in the tap. We had to followup with the staff who would then switch on the boiler. Then we had to wait for atleast 30 minutes to get hot water. After an hour, the water would go cold again and we had to followup with the staff again.
Another negative was the room service area. This is located on first floor on the far end of the passage from the stairs. The room service phone keeps on ringing and the staff is adamant on keeping it at a high volume. if you in room next to the room service area then there is no way you can get a decent sleep.

Room Tip: Take a room on the first floor towards the elevator. Avoid the rooms next to the room service area.

I was stayed in this hotel 22/09/2013 for the medical purpose on the recommendation of my friend, hotel is near to railway station, and round the clock taxi avilable to railway station. This is a normal hotel, little expensive as compared to facilities provided. Room is normal in size, cleaniness is good, but toilet is not as clean as it should be. Food is good.

It was really difficult to find a good hotel empty during my visit. However, we were lucky to have found this hotel with very good rooms. Basically rooms were spacious and well connected with satellite TV and bathrooms were excellent. Not great in terms of restaurant though. A good value for money hotel.

Room Tip: Choose room on higher floors and away from Elevators.
