It is one of my favorite spots on Miyakojima.
You have a big enough car park. Free rest area (some wooden tables and benches under a wooden roof which is ideally for rests and meals between the snorkeling time (if you are spending most of your time in the water like us).
The coral area is located behind a reef which makes the water calm almost at any time. These are healthy corals with many varieties of fish. Very enjoyable.
Be careful of the tides, at low tide it is difficult to swim among the first area of corals and reaching the reef barrier to snorkel behind it is not an easy task due to the quantity of corals.
