I felt for the close to 1000 USD I spent a night for the honeymoon villa here I could have had a better experience anywhere else in the world. We went for the all inclusive package but while we felt we saved money due to the pricey menu otherwise, it restricted us a bit too much particularly in liquor choice and dining times. Felt like a boarding school after a while.

Experience: privacy was really less with boats passing by my room all the time due to it being next to a busy channel. That was the worst dampener on the whole stay. People were waving at you while passing by and it was really uncomfortable. I wanted to change but the only other honeymoon villa had a technical problem and remained empty during our stay. We were stuck so we had to compromise. But coming all the way and paying so much for privacy and then being placed next to a busy channel is such a buzz kill. I would advise you to go to the branded five stars to get a better experience and go further away from male for sure.

The snorkeling gear was free and was a nice gesture as you could use it whenever you want. The song and dance on one of the nights put up by the spa girls with music accompaniment from some of the staff was quite interesting. this is a Sri Lankan run property mostly visited by packaged honeymoon tours from china and south east Asia so were surrounded by Asians at meal times. Not something I was expecting. Everything is crazy expensive from the spa to the food to the liquor to scuba or any other activity you want to do.

Room: the rooms are showing their age but maintained well and have a lot of things that other resort don’t have. Like a non sharing wall with the next villa. Own plunge pool which was little more than a square bath tub actually and a Jacuzzi which was awesome. There are two acs in the room. One started throwing black ice the first evening and was fixed the next day.

Dining and service: food was average though presented beautifully especially the on the deck room service breakfast every day. Service was good but the warmth was really missing which you expect in a five star property. We felt a need to be on good terms with our waiter all the time as one waiter is fixed with you throughout your stay. Though the time another waiter served us it was much more relaxed for us. Liquor brands in the all inclusive package left much to be desired. At least keep a black label and carlsberg/budweiser in that category. I don't think that's asking for much.

Complaints: the pool manager should be fired. He doesn't know the first thing about hospitality and approaches and tells you what not to do and do even if you are just lying on the loungers like the first day we went there. Disturbs for no reason. Completely unprofessional.

Room Tip: 801 honeymoon villa is right next to the highway from male to other resorts. boats passing by with full view of your room all times of day. not private at all. 802 has amazing corals and view. we swam to it while snorkeling was slightly more private due to screen. 801 has sun set view to the right side partially blocked by 802's screen. sunset villas have better view but an island is there to block the open ocean. so sunset or open ocean you choose.

Firstly we would like to thank our personal butler Mr.Regi and waiter Mr.Asif. They were soo kind, humble and always attended our needs without hesitation from day 1.
They both need an extra token of appreciation from the management of Adaaran Prestige Vadoo.
We stayed for 5D4N. Had one of the best moments in our life.
Our room 808- Sunset villa had a great view with plenty of beautiful corals and abundance of beautiful colourful fishes best for snorkeling.
Room service was at its best with twice a day service.
Daily homemade chocolate with snacks at doorstep was perfect.
In room wifi was a thumbs up indeed.
Food was superb with no preservative taste and was at its peak of taste and nutritious.
The Spa-Coconut Spa staffs did a great job and need 2 thumbs up.
We had no heart to leave Adaaran Prestige Vadoo.
Hotel was surrounded by greenish landscape.
THE BEST PLACE FOR HONEYMOON!!
Hope others who go to Adaaran Prestige Vadoo get Mr.Regi and Mr.Asif.

Room Tip: Mr.Regi and Mr.Asif The Best

We have visited five resorts in Maldives so far, and this resort offers the best quality food under the all inclusive package. We stayed three nights and the menu (for lunch and dinner) is different every day.

The sunset water villa is big and offers great view.

For snorkeling, however, it's quite difficult to swim from the villa to the drop off area during low tide as the corals are near the water villas. Not a problem during high tide. Nice coral and reef between villa 802 to 813.

The white sand beach is also small compared to the other four resorts I've visited (Angsana Ihuru, Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru, Baros, and Constance Moofushi).

Room Tip: Pay slightly more for the sunset water villa for better view.

This resort is on a small island inconveniently located right next to Male.... Too close to Male. In fact I am convinced that every boat that goes to Male past by our room. The room is lovely though. All inclusive means you may only get drinks from the main bar. You will be charged full price for drinks ordered on the small beach or by the pool. The spa is ridiculously overpriced. Most staff are grumpy and even rude, with the exception of Ziyaad, our waiter. For the amount you will pay rather go to another resort further away from Male. I would recommend Vilamendhoo or Kuredu. The snorkeling is not great and there is only a small window of high tide where it is even possible to access the reef. EVERYTHING on the island attracts a handsome charge. Excursions are also way over priced. My biggest complaint: NOT one umbrella in the entire resort! Not even at the pool. All rooms have a lovely plunge pool on the deck, but you will not use it as there is no shade. We asked for umbrellas, but were told they did not have any, so we balanced our loungers and pulled a bed sheet over them to make a tent over our pool.

We have been to other resorts that cost considerably less, but were far more enjoyable.

We checked out 2 days early and were not afforded any type of refund
