Lovely food, friendly staff, good prices. Provided great info on local walks on our first visit. Visited several times during our stay and had an enjoyable experience each time. Would recommend to others staying in the area.

Great home cooked food. always cooked perfectly. Wonderful hosts and staff great. Treated us as locals, even the locals were great very very friendly. Wish there were more places like this around the country.

Literally the best Sunday roast I’ve had at a pub in years. Beef that was still pink, homemade Yorkshire’s and roast potatoes, plenty of veg that had decent flavour, proper gravy and pork crackling that was perfect.
After nabbing a few chips from the kids played too, I can confirm they are incredible too.
Desserts were all homemade and fantastic, something very rarely seen these days.
Amazing value for such a wonderful meal. We have just moved into the area and will definitely be back!

We stayed in Moorlinch over the Easter weekend, what a great discovery this place was, nice people, nice beer and lovely food, we ate here 3 times and couldn't fault any of the meals, Sunday roast spuds were amazing!!!

Stopped here briefly, but found the landlord very polite and personable, went out of his way to be very accommodating. My friend ate here and stated that it was very nice food. I highly recommend this pub and will stop here again if near the area!
