Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the museum and to find out about Nantgarw's history. There are some significant old buildings on site together with a modern day small pottery. Welcome cup of tea and Welsh Cakes.

The museum is run by knowledgeable volunteers who are anxious to keep alive the memory of the short-lived but top quality china works. Great value afternoon teas.

Had a fantastic visit here, the volunteers were very knowledgeable and friendly. The new tea rooms are lovely serving cakes and teas/coffees (donation only). Giving generously will help to keep the museum open.

Today we went to the Nantgarw China works museum. It's a small place but really interesting, our guide was Trevor who was very informative. This a lovely place that is run on a voluntary basis the is coffee and tea available and a small collection of cakes at a very reasonable price. Also they hold a Craft & rural market held on the 3rd Saturday in the month and I am definitely going to this, the next is the 20th September from 11am-3pm
