I stay at the St Leonards hotel on just a bout every trip I make to the UK but, this is the first time I thought it worth writing a review based predominantly on falling standards. Many staff at the hotel are new and whilst I understand that staff come and go I felt there had been little time spent in training the staff to carry out their roles. Some of which included basic hygiene when serving drinks.
Although the this effected the stay and resulted in the food and drink experience not being up to my previous experiences i would like to say that the rooms were clean and comfortable and the remaining long-standing employees were working overtime to cover for their less experienced co woekers and they deserve large portions of praise.
Hoping they can get it back on track for when I go again.More
