Our hostess Kim was the most pleasant and helpful person we have met in Scotland. We had the pleasure of staying two nights and we were having a hard time finding a place to stay for our other three nights and 4 more nights further south Scotland. She was booked for the 3rd night, but immediately got on the phone and called some B&B's to secure a room for the 3rd night, and we stayed with her again for the 4 th and 5th night. She also secured a room for us further south for the remaining four nights, all while making breakfast for us. She made our holiday, since we didn't know where we were going to stay, everything we tried was booked. She also gave us her map to follow a route around the Isle of SkyE and places to see, and kept our heavy luggage in her home until we came back. She is very pleasant and helpful and saved our holiday. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with a nice little sitting area and lovely bathroom and a view onto the loch to die for. Highly recommend this B&B anytime.

Kim, the lady that runs the B&B, is friendly and very helping.
Our bed room upstairs was spacious, beautifully decorated with style, very clean and did look almost like new. The 1st time you enter will give you a real 'WOW!' feeling.
Breakfasts are also of great quality. We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights !

After searching on Trip Advisor for somewhere for a short stay at Loch Ness my partner and I opted for Kimcraigan B&B and we are so glad that we did! From the very beginning Kim and Andy were brilliant and made us feel so very welcome. Their accommodation is immaculate and extremely comfortable. Kim's breakfasts were delicious and set us up for the day. The views were stunning from our bedroom window and both Kim and Andy made us feel like visiting friends rather than paying customers, such was their hospitality. We would both recommend this B&B without hesitation and we look forward to returning in the not too distant future. ***** 5 stars all round!

We had a fantastic stay at Kimcraigan! The rooms are luxurious and spotless and the views on the lake are amazing. Breakfast was great and our host was wonderful. She showed warm hospitality and gave us good advice on natural sights of the area. Unfortunately, we could hear our neighbours watching TV and talking, but all in all, Kimcraigan was amazing! We'd love to stay there again!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in the upstairs double room. My husband's brother and his family stayed in the family room. We all loved this place. Kim and Andy both were extremely helpful and friendly. They offered us suggestions of things to do in the area. The rooms were immaculate and extremely comfortable. They had teapots in the room, so you could make tea or coffee at any time. The view was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was very good and there was a great variety. Kim and Andy were great and made all of us feel like we were at home!
