Absolutely shocking service. We got a pair of £55 shoes in June, the heel was coming away and we went back to exchange them as that should not happen in that short time. We were 'greeted' by an unfriendly and unhelpful sales assistant,. She said to come back when the manager was in the next day, we had already travelled 40 minutes. If she couldn't deal with returns why was she on her own?

That sales assistant was in the wrong job as she had no people skills and was so rude! In the end she pretended to ring the manager to ask, but clearly didn't as was only gone for two minutes. She said something about paying to reheel, why should you have to reheel a pair of shoes that have had minimum use and are less than six months old? If they expect that they should make their shoes cheaper! My husband's last pair lasted over two years! You can clearly see that is a fault as he doesn't use them much and has an office job and he takes care of his shoes. Her attitude was appalling!

Would not shop here ever again. Luckily customer services sorted us out!

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience in one of our stores. I am not entirely sure which store you purchased the shoes from but if you wish to discuss your experience further with us please email customerservices@dalton-park.co.uk. I can then pass your feedback on to the appropriate store. Thank you for your time and I hope that you will shop at Dalton Park again in the future.

Very good Shopping Outlet to visit, wide range of different shops such as Radley, Chapelle, M&S and much more. All at discounted prices and much cheaper than the actual designer stores if your after something in particular. There is a Cineworld also and many different places to dine for food & Drink. Plenty of Cafè's for refreshments. All stores are individual retailers.

Some decent shops but a lot the same, about 5 outdoors type of shops, Not that I mind, just a few too many! Other shops ok, some decent stuff in Adidas and a nice gift shop. A Cadbury shop was always going to be a hit with Caitlin!. Needs higher quality of retailers.
