Had a lovely meal tonight. Was served by Sam who was polite, prompt and chatty. Helped to create a wonderful atmosphere for me and my brother before our cinema viewing!

I've been to Dalton Park several times in the past couple of years and each time has been great. It's easy to get to, being just off the A19, and has ample parking even at the busiest times. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, with some great places for coffee and cake too. A good selection of shops with plenty of bargains to be had and I don't think I've ever come away empty handed! My only disappointment is that the Crabtree and Evelyn shop has gone, as the bargains were amazing and fantastic for presents. I went this evening to get some Xmas presents and was so gutted to see it's no longer there and has been turned into another chocolate shop. :'( Not impressed. So I treated myself to Millie's cookies to make up for a wasted trip! I won't finish on a low though, generally DP is a really nice place to visit and worth a trip if you haven't been!

Dalton Park has so much going for it, well signposted plenty of free parking and a good mix of shops.
It’s partly under cover and well laid out and now there are more places to eat and for entertainment it’s getting better with each visit.
Some shops offer a fair discount on normal prices but don’t expect massive discounts or exceptional bargains.
Well worth a visit.
