It was the best beach my friends and I visited in Coron. Unbelievable white sand that reminded me of Boracay- minus the crowd. You could stay on the island for about $20/night in a beach hut. Talk about isolation. It was fantastic lazying on the shore chatting with friends. I visited this island twice- one with friends and one for a solo visit. It was unforgettable.

Despite its far location. It was really paradise. We went here during the weekday so there was no one on the beach. We stayed at the farthest area to the right near the rocks where no one would bother us and we bought fresh coconut which there were selling for 50Php each. We just spent the morning bumming around and snorkeling. It was really breathtaking.

This beach was pristine and gorgeous. Our group was the first to arrive, and had it to ourselves pretty much until we left. If you can, arrange a tour that leaves early and will get you to malcapuya before the crowds hit. There were locals selling fresh coconut for 50 pesos, and we saw a little hut that seemed to offer massages, though no one went into it.

The snorkeling was great. A member of our group saw a baby shark, we saw puffer fish, lots of starfish, and tons of clownfish. Be careful with the shallower coral, as a few members in our group got cuts on our feet.

As per my companions, the powdery and white sand beach is comparable to Boracay. Hike to the view deck to get an aerial view of the island.

Nice place to beach bum all day and get a tan lines. Snorkeling is available but too far from the shoreline.

There are lot of tourists here. I may say it is too crowded with so many tents around. Plus there are a lot of rocks. It might not be a good idea to swim around specially if it is low tide. Make sure to wear water shoes to protect your feet!
