Setting aside that I have a "problem" with Phillipino cuisine we visited this place for lunch and were not disappointed.
Food was OK & inexpensive, staff friendly, the place was clean and we felt "unrushed".
A pleasant lunch although i cannot remember what I ate.(Sorry, thats the Phillipino cuisine thing again).

While strolling around Coron, we stumbled upon a local eatery. Cornelio’s serves several varieties of Pinoy foods from simple rice breakfast to quite tasty seafood including lobsters, shrimps and anything locally caught. This is a 24/7 restaurant that’s popular with local as well as visitors looking to get a good quality meal at a budget price.
It’s not anyway fancy just simple setting, on a corner of busy intersection with not much of a view. But unlike most restaurants in Coron they provide free water from a bottled water dispenser as well as ice if requested with your meal. If you’re not familiar with Filipino food they have a banner on the outside with numerous photos of dishes they serve. The photos are appropriate for what they serve.
We ended up eating all of our breakfasts during our stay here. Breakfast including coffee generally about 130php. A “silog”: breakfast consist of rice, coffee, egg and choice of pork sausage, beef tapa, grilled fish, or chicken.

Lunch and dinner choices are extensive. If you want a specific seafood dish, make a request early in the day. Depending what’s available in the local fish market they will obtain it for you. The price you pay for a seafood dinner is significant lower than the larger well known restaurants. Don’t expect table cloth, candles and concierge service. But for quality, quantity and price you can dine quite extensively on a budget.
