Trip advisor did not disappoint....all the reviewers said it was really good, and once again.. you all are right! you would walk by this simple place if you didn't know it was there. its up on a side street with a dirt seating area, and simple design to the place. Once you walk in and see the open kitchen , and see the unique style of cooking, along with the owner herself cooking your meal, you will be impressed right away! you order from the menu at the counter by the open kitchen, grab your eating utensils, and plates and sit and wait for your amazing food to be delivered. we ordered the seared ahi....ahhhhh, im still dreaming about it. It melted in your mouth, and is one of the best tunas ive ever had. Who would of thought...on a island in the middle of the Philippines to have such amazing Japanese fusion food? we ordered a few things, all equally as good, but the ahi is still top on the list. The beers were a great deal for the bucket, and nice and cold! we loved this place so much, we went back twice!
